2 months agoThis was my first and last time using this car wash. The cleaning job was horrible. The first worker I encountered was rude and not helpful when I asked which way to go inside, since it was my first time going there. The young lady at the counter was helpful and pleasant. But the cleaning they did was ridiculous for the price they charge. I will never recommend to anyone nor will I ever return.3 months agoBeen going here for YEARS but over the past couple months it seems they don’t care as much. They wash the inside of my windshield with dirty rags and leaves really bad streaks and at night it’s so hard to see.My jeep still has dirt that i can wipe off with my finger. I kept going cause if I had a bad wash the next one was always better but it’s been at least 5 bad washes now and when your paying 40 dollars for a wash and have to drive 30 mins to get there it’s not worth the drive or my money no more.
4 months agoTook my wife’s suv for a nice “silver” wash but very disappointed with the result. Paid for the trunk cleaning but over all it’s just a superficial light vacuuming and cleaning. They also use same towels to clean the glass and body of car. Better do it at home.5 months agoFirst and foremost I just want to make it clear that I am being a little biased I come from up North not reside in the south so up North you can get a good car wash for $10-$15 inside outside shine on the tires and when you leave your car is dry. So I won’t say that they didn’t do a great job the issue that I have is my car was still wet and the inside was not vacuum properly still a bunch of dirt everywhere I went inside let them know they inform me that I would have to go back through the car wash and pay extra for the extra vacuuming which should have been done with the standard vacuuming3 weeks agoVery sad the quality that they put out now, before the new owners the place a great. They did amazing clean job smells good looks nice and clean. Just left there spent over 40 dollars and you wouldn’t even think the inside was wiped down. The outside looks like there was no wax put on the car. I would highly NOT recommend this place. If I could I would have give a 0 stars. But I see there reviews are dropping anyways.

5 months agoGreat car wash! I paid for the VIP package and they did a full exterior wash and interior. They were very thorough and did my dash, my mats, my seats, my tires & my doors! When I go to a car wash, I usually come out very upset because they missed the console and the doors and I notice little things that weren’t cleaned. When I got into the car after the wash, I was very pleasantly surprised with the details and the attention they took to clean the car!Will be recommending to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back!!!
a week agoThey still don’t have my account right… seriously ? an after I cancelled my account, they still withdrew money illegally out of my accounts. The owner is rude an they never answer their phone. Do not go to this car wash, they are dishonest an even when you cancel they will still deduct money from your account. I cancelled my account an now the owner is still taking money from my bank account. This is ILLEGAL , WHAT HE’S DOING IS ILLEGAL!!!! Be careful about letting them have your bank account money. Very dishonest company!!!!!this company needs to call me an resolve this issue right away.4 months agoUnprofessional and incompetent! I’m not even confident they actually changed my oil to begin with! Don’t go here! I consistently used this place for oil changes but had a terrible experience today when I went. I pulled up and walked in the customer door and walked to the lobby where there wasn’t a soul around. I walked back towards the back office to ask the guy in there if someone was going to be able to help me, I wasn’t sure if he worked in the oil change side of the store because it is a car wash as well, so I didn’t want to assume he would have been the one to help me. He comes up front and says he has no idea where “his guys” are and goes to get someone for me. A younger guy came out and asked if I had been here before which I replied and said yes. He told me it would be about 15 minutes and they would check me out. 10 minutes goes by and a different younger guy comes in and tells me my total which was significantly less than normal so I asked if they used synthetic oil. He told me yes, but went to verify. The original guy comes back in and told me that since my car wasn’t in the system he just went off of what their system recommended which was regular oil. I told him that I’ve always gotten synthetic and something was wrong because I have been here multiple times. He goes to get the manager who happens to be the guy I originally spoke with and he tells me that I’ve never been here even after I have told him multiple times that I have. The younger guy then argued with me and tried to tell me that I told him to put regular oil in my car when he never even asked me. I then looked in the owners manual for my car and it verified that it is supposed to take synthetic oil. I then went and looked at my bank statement and verified the date I was there last and showed the manager. After I proved him wrong on two different instances he had nothing else to say. Why would I lie about wanting a more expensive oil in my car if I can save a couple bucks? Why argue with me and tell me I’ve never been here and that your records go back 7 years , but for some reason you can’t find mine. But the bigger question is, if I wasn’t in the system why didn’t someone come ask me what type of oil I wanted in my car if they apparently were incompetent enough to verify the correct oil type on their own? Come to find out the guy sitting in the back is the owner!!!! Beware!4 months agoWent for oil left a review for their excellent crew, the car wash is absolutely fantastic! Super clean car, vacuums are free with a car wash this place is really special! Great job guys! Matt made sure I was more than pleased he really goes above and beyond as I saw him interact with customers while my car was in the oil shop. So happy I found my go to place for all my car needs.4 months agoManager Matt and team did a wonderful job and cleaned my car spotlessly following an accident my dog had. a month agoI thought this place would get better when it changed hands but I think it got worse. Today my oil changed was done quickly as always but my upgraded wash was horrible! I have a black car so all of the missed spots around the car were easy to see. The windshield, windows and side mirrors were still dirty. They didn’t even wipe down the interior part of the doors. Very disappointing!5 months agoJust left after getting our car washed. Couldn’t help to notice the attention to detail given in the wipe down. I mentioned this to whom Id discovered is the new owner, Jeff. In addition to the quality service we met a local business owner who cares about the service provided. Prices are reasonably affordable. We’ll be returning for for the express detailing priced at $150. Nissan wants $400. Hey Jeff we’ll be back. Till then all the best!3 months agoDecided to get a nice interior detail/car wash on my suv on a nice day, and found this place to be in a very convenient location. The guys did a nice job vacuuming my Explorer, especially since I had loads of dog hair in it. My vehicle came out very clean inside, and out. This will be my new go 2 place for a detail, and car wash.8 months agoThe new owners ruined this place. I went for an oil change and a car wash it came to $105 because I added my mats being washed (paid extra for the back) and added my trunk to be vacuumed. After my oil change they drove my car around there was a line so they put it in park and left it after about 25 minutes I went to see where my car was. It was still in park on the side of the building. Other cars came and went right around it. I said something and it was eventually brought through the wash. Since I was there for an hour and a half (my car was taken right away for the oil change so there was no wait) I left immediately. When I got home I looked in my back and my mats were not washed, my trunk was not vacuumed and the car looked like nothing had been done to the interior. WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER HAD. Do not go there. I wasted $105 for nothing I have to bring my car someplace else to have it washed the right way. Silver Bay Car Wash does an amazing job. Go there instead trust me. Please… For those who have given less than 4 or 5-star reviews for the car wash in the past, please reconsider coming here as this business is under new ownership. I became disappointed with Silver Bay car wash over the last two years as I feel their service as well as customer service began to lack but I continued to go here because it was convenient and I am a creature of habit. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was their packages and prices have changed. The second thing was the friendliness of the greeter as well as those who are about to vacuum my sand-filled car. (Sorry about that but I do love the beach!) They didn’t bat an eyelash as they got to work. The cashier? Super friendly! The final crew who cleaned the interior and the windows!? Amazing and equally as friendly (thanked me, wished me a great day, and actually SMILED!) As they were completing the interior cleaning, I noticed there were thin hoses running to the interior of my car. Apparently these are air compressors and or vacuums that were used to get to the spots the regular vacuum couldn’t. This is definitely a new thing here. The car was returned to me absolutely spotless without a speck of dust, lint, or sand! I wish I had ‘before ‘ pics but check out the ‘after’!
Went to get a car wash today (08/01/2023). For someone to pay almost 45 dollars for this “top tier” car wash and have handed back this shape of a vehicle is embarrassing for a business. If you want the outside of your vehicle clean it’s as good as any other automated car wash. This owns once a great establishment with great people, it seems over the years that has fallen to the way side. The employees don’t actually care that your vehicle is clean they just want to go through the motions and go home.
I have given this place multiple times of a chance. I’m the type of person who’s philosophy is ” if you want something done right, you do it yourself.” But I have a clingy baby, and I desperately needed my car cleaned (the window was so dirty the defroster was making matters worse when using it) I went today and the inside of my car doesn’t even look like it’s been touched (see pictures) I waited an hour in line, which obviously can’t be helped but to then have my car look not vacuumed on top of it and spending almost 25 dollars is unacceptable. I know these people work hard but so do I for the money I spend on services rendered. Suffice to say, I will not be returning and will just follow my motto from now on.

I was there to get a car wash. The guy with the locs did such a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I just came back from a family road trip so you know kids can make a mess. He took his time and made sure my car was as good as new. It is so nice to see someone work hard and have a pleasant and professional demeanor. It was my first time there but definitely won’t be my last. He’s must have kids because he knew what was needed and did it. He’s a keeper. If you go here keep an eye out for him.
