a year agodecided to give this place a try, considering the mixed reviews. i personally think this car wash is a very below average, and will say price paid isn’t worth the service unfortunately. my assumption is that the soap they use is very poor quality. I could only imagine how watered down their tire shine must be.9 months agoThis is the second time I’ve come here and received subpar service. Today pulled up in my Ram3500 dually without any discussion of an issue as they began vacuuming my truck. As I waited for the truck to go through the wash a worker pulls it up around the side and parks it. It filthy, the manager says it’s a large vehicle that costs extra and they can’t do dually trucks. Refuses to clean the truck thoroughly or give my money back.2 months agoI brought my highlander to get a wash i got the number 5 ultra (the best apparently) did a horrible job vacuuming and wiping down. Waste of money would not recommend coming here. And they don’t have touch less exterior wash either.6 months agoVery bad experience They don’t clearly tell you the price, they don’t clean well and when I went to ask the owner he told me: “Did you pay for what we’ve done…anything else?”…You can see and be convinced3 months agoTheir car wash caused serious damage to my car!!! The workers were staring at me in shock so I checked my car. I informed the owner. The owner started screaming like a psychopath. He takes no ownership because there is a sign stating he is not responsible for damages or stole items.

7 months agoSpent $35 on the “do it urself car wash” and my car came out with smudges all over it still and I scrubbed and sprayed until I was about $40 in the hole. Now once I figured out 2 hours later my microfiber clothes weren’t getting any of the smudges out than I decided to spend $14 on the touch less laser Wutever it is car wash and that was even more a waste of money. Listen I’m not one to talk bad about a company because I know how it is to get a bad review but this is the only way I learned was mistakes yet I corrected them with the customers and the business. $50 I spent and now I have to find another car wash so if that says anything, I hope it’s helpful for future customers and if the owner could contact me possibly my opinion will change. Thanks and have a nice day.4 months agoBest self service car wash around. Nice selection of cleaning tools and solutions in the wands, takes credit card and is clean. The vacuums now take credit card too, and they’re always in good working order when I’ve gone!9 months agoTouch free wash is worst wash I had ever. After coming out from Wash I got out to see the car I see foam all over the car and blower didn’t even blow the water enough se lot of water. I don’t recommend at it at all wast of time and money I would give zero stars if I could2 years agoEDIT: Avoid this place. This place has gone down hill very badly. Have been nothing but a loyal customer but months back they’re touchless car wash malfunctioned and the arm swung off and hit my car caring damager to several panels and this issue has been put off over and over with very little response. Finally without any apologies or helpful communication they simply say to call insurance almost 2 months later. Super professional!Attached photos of spray arm that fell down and damaged the front of my vehicle. The manager was like”yeah, looks like this part was installed wrong?”
Place is run down, workers are miserable and don’t care, mgmt does not care, products for cleaning are cheap as well over the years have gotten worse. Trash everywhere.
Highly recommend almost any other services, I drive out to a different location now instead. . . . . .
Great place for a quick wash and glad to have them back open. Have gone many times over the last couple years and I would give five stars except the ground in and around the bays is often littered with all kinds of trash. I know it’s tough to keep on top of people who can’t be bothered to use a trash can but it definitely would be a much better experience otherwise. Will still go back but not gonna sweep my own bay again. Maybe add more and bigger trash cans and even more signage, or bans if caught littering. Again, glad you guys are back up and running.
2 months agoClean wash bays, variety of equipment including wheel brush, foam brush, air dry settings. They accept credit card and they are open 24hrs / day.Highly recommend.

5 years agoI had my 2003 330ci and my 2017 cadillac detailed and again Diamond and John did an exceptional job. so well i have been getting offers from those wanting to buy the bmw. when going on the website for diamond detailers…..i noticed a review from a Ms. Baker, let me be very clear, there is no truth to her statement the team at diamond detailers are detailed oriented honest professionals who’s only desire it to make their clients happy and pleased with the task at hand meaning cleaning every corner crevice of your car. i myself don’t appreciate her small talk i have been there while other clients are seeing the end results of their car after it has been cleaned. it’s obvious she has nothing better to do then to post small take like this frackin- nackal bull . that deserves no response but i could not hold back from this ignorance2 years agoFrom the moment I walked into Encore Detailing’s immaculate facility and was greeted by the friendly and helpful Miss Z, I had every confidence that having my car detailed for the first time there would be a good experience. And it certainly was! In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. From Frank patiently explaining the service options and specifics before giving me an estimate, to his going above and beyond on my basic full-service detail as well as some additional service requests, I could not have been more pleased. I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and driver Don, who was a pleasant guy with careful driving skills. Before picking up my car, I waited in the customer lounge area so Frank could be sure everything was perfect before bringing it around. This area was comfortable, tidy, beautifully theme-decorated, and offered complimentary beverages.Katie very kindly checked in on me several times to be sure I was comfortable.It’s clear that the entire team here takes great pride in its work and makes every effort to satisfy its customers. I am enjoying my sparkling car, which really does look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Encore Detailing!2 years agoI sourced a set of seats for my 2015 Tacoma from Condons salvage yard. reason being is I did not like the color of the interior in my used truck The seats were in decent shape but dirty so before I install them in my truck I wanted them cleaned. Encore did a Spectacular job!!!! Although there are quite a few high end cars there- I was not looked down upon for my small task but rather warmly greeted each time I stopped by. Price was fair as well ( $75 a seat) so I would gladly recommend them as Peters Auto Body in Resisterstown recommended them to me ) 🙂 Thanks so much Encore.3 years ago(Known now as ENCORE DETAIL) I had such an amazing experience with their customer service. It was impecable! My car’s interior (JEEP CHEROKEE) was in bad shape – a lot of work!- but they left it looking and smelling like a new ?. Their detailing packages are fairly priced considering the amount of attention my car needed but I’m not saying they’re cheap, FYI… My final thought is that YOU WON’T REGRET how much you paid once they’ve done their job.2 years agoTerrible experience!! I literally felt as if my car was never touched. This isn’t the first time this has happened but everyone deserves second chances…I will no longer be using this company and neither should you. In spite of getting my car detailed here, I STILL had to get my car washed at a different location. Very sad and disappointing for a business. ( 0 stars would be my honest rating)

I’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. THIS IS THAT PLACE. yes it’s not a $20 wash but the services they provide are exceptionally executed. The pictures don’t do them justice
They way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT…LOOK NO FURTHER!!
I’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.
In a single hour, the filthy exterior, of my car, was transformed into a glowing jewel. Even the wheel covers are now shiny. I paid a modest extra price for the Aquapel windshield-glass treatment; to improve the visibilty. Comfortable seats in the customer waiting room.
This place is not honoring the coupons they are sending out for birthdays.
I got my coupons and I tried to use them whole week and they either were closed or closing and are not able to provide service. I went there the very next day after the explosion of the coupons, because they were closed most of the day’s before, and all I get from someone who barely speaks English is – sorry nothing can be done. Even, explain, that, have been trying to use the coupons past week, and they were closed, or not working.
When I ask for manager-he wasn’t there and he doesn’t have time to talk. I asked to call the Manager – not possible- no time .
Very poor customer service and management.
Don’t waste your time and money.
