4 months agoVery very expensive car wash. I have paid almost $40 for basic vacuums and outside wash. To be honest the service wasn’t very good, a lot of spots were missed, even vacuumed looks dirty. They don’t vacuum under you floor mats. The guy told me you have to pay additional money if you want floor mats wash and then we can vacuum under them. Rims dirty, trunk corners dirty, wheel wax lasted 2 days. I mean for $40 dollars we can find way better places.2 years agoIf you’re looking for top quality service with a friendly smile, this isn’t the place. This was my first time trying this car wash service provider. The workers were barely friendly and the cashier was rude. Never greeted me with hello or said thank you. She tapped the credit card swipe machine for me to insert my start my card and rudely handed me my receipt… as for the job done, see photos and judge for yourself. Had a mediocre exterior wash, pathetic interior cleaning, and mats washed ($5 extra). I won’t be back.a year agoI just left the car wash and this is how my car left, dust, spots everywhere, seats dirty and the windshield dirty. I used to bring my car here before the new management and my car would come out much cleaner than this. I got the super works which includes wiping, dusting, the full work but my car was still covered in dust and spots. The lady from the front desk was super nice but the cleaning service was extremely poor. I won’t be returning to this location.5 months agoI’ve been going here for a few years now and really enjoyed it when it was Wash & Shine. Since becoming Flagship, the cheapest car wash you can buy that does inside and outside of the car is $36 (used to be around $25 for wash & shine). Probably going to go elsewhere, the cost just does not justify the service5 months agoI got the most expensive wash at this place and they did a terrible job on the rims. When I got home I realized that they barely wiped them; they were all still dirty with the black film on it. This was my first and the last time at this place. The interior also had dirty spots on the door. Other car washes are cheaper and do much better job.

2 months agoThe service here is the BEST I’ve experienced in DC, & they’re the CHEAPEST by a long shot! I’ve paid $65+ in Easton, MD to beg the detailers to scrub, then leave with dirty rims. I’ve paid $40+ in Waldorf & left with a completely dirty car and streaks on the windows. There’s another location in DC who is also not great, but Express Car wash has been memorable enough with me leaving with a clean car & clean rims with no brake dust to ask for cash back for a tip, and even after the tip I’m not paying $40. They’re NOT a detailing service, and they don’t claim to be, but they have done fantastic everything right on the three cars I’ve taken there.a month agoDid a really nice job with cleaning the inside. Washed the outside very well as well. The older guy in the back was very knowledgeable needs to be promoted . This is a great car wash. Definitely won’t be coming back here!3 months agoUntil they take serious measures about their waste management and not letting litter be strewn around I won’t come here again to have my car washed. I watched owner operator throw duct tape around and you can see it and other trash blowing out of their parking lot into the environment. Cars are getting cleaned while the environment around is dirtied.

Wow, where do I start. I have come here in the past and each time had to tell them to please pay close attention to the bottom areas of the car and wheels. I do this because I always come to pick up the car to find it still dirty. They would then clean the identified dirty areas and I would be on my way. This time was way worse than those previous times.
Seems they are too lazy to bend down to get the paint on the areas closest to the ground. Not only that, it seems they just use a brush to quickly try to clean the wheels. The corners of my wheels were all dirty upon pickup. I told Darrell and even showed him, and he brushed it off stating its baked on brake dust. I then took saliva and my finger and showed him it comes off easy. This then disproved his hypothesis. He begrudgingly then told someone to come clean the wheels.
I then proceeded to show him all the areas on the car that still had dirt on them. He had the nerve to tell me that I should have paid for the “Deluxe Detail” instead of “Mini-Detail”. I countered that even the Mini-Detail should at a minimum clean the paint and not leave dirt.
Darrell seems to be the main person there while other detailers keep coming and going. Soo, with Darrell providing horrible service and horrific customer service, I won’t be back.
To make matters worse, when leaving they gave me the ticket to get free parking and told me I am good to go. In the past they put the Key FOB in the car after giving me the free parking paper, so I would have it. Not this time. I drove off and noticed they never put the Car Key Fob in the car, so I had to drive back to get it. They have no Quality Control Check after a car is clean. Even other cars parked next to my car still had dirt on them. When I come here for my next Trader Joe’s food run, I will take photos and upload to show the sloppiness of work done here.
I came here cause it’s close to work. No longer will I be coming here nor bring my other family cars. Such a waste of time.

Upon their own inspection of my vehicle, they noticed a series of minor discrepancies and took significant time and energy to ensure that when my truck left Inside Out Express Car Wash, that it true reflected their standard of quality. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again! 5-stars!4 months agoIt’s worth every single penny. Fast and convenient. Top notch service. They conduct a walk around before and after service. They validate your parking and provide text updates when your vehicle is available for pick up. Another plus is their location. If you book an appointment for Sat or Sun, you can visit the outdoor vendors at Eastern Market, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within steps of the parking garage they are located at. I would highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.a week agoOnce again, excellent service from start to finish. Tim called me directly when I had to cancel due to a COVID diagnosis and when I rescheduled, he took the time to ensure I selected the appropriate services. I was in and out with no delay and not a hint of dog hair. Highly recommend this team for any car cleaning and detailing needs. The bonus was an engine clean that without Tim’s prompting, I’d have never identified as a need, but now, it’s on my list.in the last weekThese guys are great, and incredibly thorough. I was honestly shocked as to how thorough.. I brought them an absolute wreck of a car. I have 2 huskys so as you can probably guess, the dog hair was just unbelievable. And to their credit, once they saw how bad it was they immediately said they were gonna need an extra hour, which I appreciated knowing up front. What I also appreciated – while I paid for the dog hair cleaning option when I booked my appointment, they didn’t try to charge me extra when they saw the state of my interior like every other detailer I’ve ever used has done. Huge bonus points there.And when I came back to pick up my car, their work did not disappoint. My Jeep genuinely looked brand new.
It was already the best detailing job I’ve ever had, but then they asked me if I had an few extra minutes so they do one more round with the vacuum to make sure they got all the dog hair. I’ve never experienced a detail service that truly took pride in their work, but that was obviously the case with Inside Out. I would 100% recommend and I will be going back every month.

To whom it may concern: when you charge $40 for a service, costumers expect a service. When you say your service includes vacuum, costumers expect that.

No better than a gas station drive-through car wash. I’ve been numerous times and gotten a full package (interior and exterior, $30-50). Each time, the interior cleaning was careless if anything was done at all. Went multiple times like a fool; each time same result. Emailed the business and they just sent a voucher for a free wash. No thanks!
The BEST detailing we’ve ever had!! Brought our big SUV for a full detail yesterday and Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job. The five year old car literally looks brand new!! We’ve used this Flagship location before for other cars and the results were equally great. Highly recommend this place for a detail. And Sebastian is terrific at working with clients!
The service was amazing and very friendly. The car was really well washed and cleaned in deep. Fast and complete service, I totally recommend it for a deep clean and shine.
It’s a good wash and the people who work there are friendly. I particularly like that it’s right next to a coffee shop/bakery. They don’t go under the seats or in the crevices. So the detailing was good, not amazing but the wash and detailing is only like $40-50. I’m very satisfied with what I paid for. Thanks!!
