a year agoWe have a brand new car the cup holders still had coffee stains and the console was not cleaned . I called Matt to let him know and he said that we needed to inspect before we left. Shame on me but poor poor customer service.a year agoI went there to get a full service when it was done I got into my truck and realized my key thob was hanging off of my key into the ignition.. they broke my key into the ignition and tried to hide it..I was giving a number to the manager and haven’t heard anything back .they keep giving me the runaround..i then tried to put my windshield wipers on the next day and I had only one..I have to pay 400 just for a $20 car wash.5 months agoHave been a customer for 15+ years through several owners and always thought the service was good and the value was reasonable . The recent 30% increase is over the top in this economy. I’m out3 months agoI got the work yesterday and both inside and outside were done horrible. Wasted 37$ and tipped 14$ don’t waste your money9 months agoI have been using Wet Dog for years, they were the only car wash that I found to do a descent job. I love the people there, they are always friendly and I am actually friends with several of them. Today I stopped by and noticed that they did not scrub my wind shield and front end in the pre-wash. In the tunnel, the two top rollers never deployed to scrub the top and wind shield. They dried it off and polished my tires as I usually get done and I tipped $10.00 as I always do. On the way home I noticed that the bugs were still on my front wind shield. I cleaned the front glass when I got home only to find that it is now spotted where they did not wipe it down and let some of the soap dry on it. I am going to explore other options.

4 months agoMy father and I own a driving business. As you can imagine, we have to get our car washed pretty frequently. We choose go wash because no one has vacuums like they do. And the service that Jay provides is the absolute best!Every time we arrive, Jay has a smile on his face and is willing to help with any issue that may come up! Such great service and would highly recommend to anyone. Jay makes even the worst day a whole lot better!
9 months agoWent through the automatic car wash and purchased the $15 wash. My truck came out looking even dirtier than when I went in. My truck wasn’t super dirty, so I am surprised that it looks so bad after a “premium” car wash. I called the business and left a voicemail 4 days ago. No one has returned my call. I simply asked for a refund. I rarely write bad reviews, but the fact that I have to go get my truck washed again after using their car wash is unacceptable. A simple returned call and refund would have been appreciated.2 months agoThat monthly plan is worth it. I come through and clean my car out and no one bothers me and then just give the guy your code and off you go. Then they dry you off. Love this placea month agoWhatever you do, don’t waste your money going through the automatic car wash. The rain does a better job than this place does.Asked for a refund but they say they cannot refund my card like every where else can. ?
8 months agoI have visited this place three times in the last month and a half and every time I try to use the self-service entrance the gun that shoots water will only shoot out soap so when you wash your car you’re constantly just putting soap on it again and again there is no sign up saying this it’s just left up to your guess when you put in your money. So you end up spending money thinking it’ll work and then you have to stop your card and then go into the touchless wash. A month and a half is too long for this problem to keep occurring. Then to top it off their vacuums have been closed for an undisclosed amount of time. That was one of the perks of coming here. Anyway I wish Easton had a place where they could get their self together and have a decent car wash. Go anywhere else in the country and they have awesome car washes

2 months agoHardly ever a line here, the car wash is quick and since it’s automatic it works as well as you’d expect. Never perfect, but definitely good enough for the cost.2 years agoLeaps and bounds better than the previous company, known as Oasis. I have never had an issue! The soap smells so much better now as well!I do wish that the vending options were better though and that they upgrade to accept credit cards. Also having a rhino floor mat cleaner and an air pump for your tires would be a huge upgrade! Adding security cameras would definitely make things feel more comfortable, but it’s not a bad area to begin with.
This company has just recently taken over so I’m sure there are still plans on the way.
5 months agoI got the $15 wash here and it made 1 pass with pre soak and then it just stopped. Wasted 15 bucks for nothinga year agoWORST car wash ever ! Scam ! Spent 15$ to get out and every spec of dirt was still on my car i had take a towel to wipe my entire car off afterwards to get it halfway cleaned . I could of did a better job spraying it with a spray bottle and water !! DO NOT USE !!!!a year agoThe self serve wash was totally non functional. Power washer wand did not work. Soap did not work. Facilities were very dirty. One of the bays was out of service. Not impressed.

The Best Soaps to Use on Your Car
When it comes to washing your car, using the right soap is essential. Certain types of soap, such as dish soap or household cleaners, can strip away the protective wax on your car’s surface and cause damage. To keep your car looking its best, here are some safe and effective soaps to use:
- Car Wash Soap: Using a soap specifically designed for washing cars is your best option. These soaps are formulated to remove dirt and grime without harming your car’s paint or wax. Look for pH-balanced formulas that provide gentle cleansing.
Biodegradable Soap: If you’re concerned about the environmental impact of washing your car, consider using a biodegradable soap. These soaps are designed to break down naturally without harming water systems or wildlife. - Foam Cannon Soap: Foam cannons are a popular tool for car washing, and using a soap specifically designed for foam cannons can give you excellent results. These soaps produce thick foam that clings to the surface, allowing for better cleaning and protection.
Waterless Wash Soap: If you’re looking for a quick and convenient way to wash your car without water, a waterless wash soap is a great choice. These soaps are designed to lift dirt and grime from your car’s surface without the need for rinsing. They work well on light to moderate dirt and can be used for spot cleaning between regular washes.
Remember, when washing your car, always follow the instructions on the soap’s packaging and use the appropriate dilution ratio. Using too much soap can leave residue on your car, while using too little may not provide sufficient cleaning power. Additionally, make sure to use microfiber towels or a soft sponge to avoid scratching the paint.

Exploring Car Wash Prices Across America
Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:
- Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
- Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
- Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
- Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.
Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:
Type of car wash | Average price |
---|---|
Basic automatic car wash | $10 – $20 |
Touchless car wash | $15 – $30 |
Full-service car wash | $20 – $50 |
It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.
Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:
- Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
- Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
- Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
- Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

I was impressed with how long they spent cleaning the inside of my car (there is a clear viewing area so you can actually watch). 2 hard workers cleaning every nook and cranny just for $16! My insides of windows looked amazing and it even smelled clean. I’ll definitely come back for another car wash
Visited here last week. Honestly I was a bit disappointed. The car wash experience was great, service received for the interior was good but not great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I definitely FELT like it was a 5-Star experience.
The down side.. when I pulled out of the garage and drove back home, I walked around the car (maybe that’s where the critical error was… I should have ignored the great customer service and paid attention to what I was paying for +$50..)
Streaks on paint, water spots, dirt left on front bumper and behind wheels (rear quarter). The interior was reasonable.. vacuum was good, lots of steaks and rag lint on display, dash.. rear view was not touched. Rolled windows down to find soap scum all around edges, never been wiped.
Maybe I am picky about cleaning but at these rates I feel like these kinds of details matter. I can definitely get the same or awful close to.. level of service for less.
I tried to contact the company via Facebook.. can’t find a message or contact option. Found an email address and emailed a few days back with photos and no response.
Hopefully I just had an abnormal experience. Probably won’t return at the price point.
Gander’s is the best in the area. Friendly staff, excellent wash, fast turnover on a Saturday midday, no wait for detailing bays. Current prices as of August 2023 are attached. A reasonable increase of only $1-2 over the last three years.
Free cup of local roaster Rise Up coffee. Free filtered water. $1 cold water bottles and Coca-Cola sodas, $1.50 cold Gatorade. Clean and comfortable waiting area.
Not a terrible car wash for the price, but my car still had dirt and grime on the rear end that wasn’t cleaned off. The process was a little longer than expected too. Just the interior alone was 45 minutes..3 vehicles in a row and they all took that long, not just mine!
Always a great experience! All of the staff are super friendly and attentive, and clearly work hard to make your vehicle look great! Do keep in mind that especially in the off season, they may be short staffed… be patient! It’s worth the wait! Best car wash in MD for sure.
