3 weeks agoDog wash is a waste of money. After having to drive to Royal Farms to get cash, because the Jiffy Mart does not give cash back , The service ended up being a waste of my money. Does not provide shampoo, even though the vague directions says it does. It’s not user-friendly at all. There is a help button that I pushed several times, which nobody responded to. Waste of my money.3 months agoGAS PUMPS DONT WORK. I stopped here because the prices were so cheap. First pump declines my debit card twice and my credit card once. Okay maybe the device is just messed up. Move to a different pump. The card reader is physically blocked. I cannot insert my card. Okay. Move to another pump. This one accepts my card but refuses to let me buy gas without a car wash. Left without any gas. Honestly I can forgive one, even two broken gas pumps at a gas station that big, but three is just egregious.a year agoThe store has C4 drinks advertised on sale for $2.59 but at register they are ringing up almost double that. I questioned the advertisement on the door of the refrigerator and the guy told me that it was for monsters not C4 even though the pictures are c4 cans. So I got a monster and it rang up 3.16 cents. The guy in turn mumbled some excuse and I walked out with a monster frustrated. I also decided to buy one anyways to make sure i had proof of pricing. I even said to the guy that the price tags should come down if not the correct thing. He shrugged and said its what the register says it is. This is blatant false advertising. Be careful when getting things here and make sure you are charged properly. They will not say anything to you and overcharge.10 months agoHas been a convenient place to stop for gas on my way home from work two to three times a week. Lately though, I must go into the store to get my receipt most visits. Tonight, I stopped in for gas (Pump 7). Of course the receipt did not print at the pump. One cashier working, insists on ringing out customer behind me in line before printing my receipt. The cashier did not know how to print the receipt, said there was no one working that did, and insisted he needed the exact amount of the purchase to provide the receipt. Walked back to the pump, noted amount $76.67. Cashier was not able to print the receipt, and then went into back of store and returned with “Manager Mary” who was able to print the receipt. Mary told me that they didn’t worry about the receipts printing at the pump, and would try to remedy the issue when they weren’t busy. I asked if I could have contact information for the manager and General Manager or Owner of the store. Mary said I could come back at 3 AM to see Manager Shawnee, but wouldn’t give me any other information.For what ever time I thought I could save by stopping at Jiffy Mart, was more than lost by the pumps not printing receipts, waiting until other customers were waited on, the incompetency of the cashier, the initial refusal of the cashier to get his manager, and the time it took for subsequent interactions.
Hence-forth I will assume the two added minutes to get in and out of the nearby Royal Farms store to be well worth the time expended.
7 months agoI pulled into diesel pump by mistake my wife made me aware so I pulled card out it sale no sale so moved to gas pump. I pumped 30 but was also charged 120 on other pump. I seen it a couple days after on bank account. I called manager and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Since i’m not able to directly reply to your response, I will do it here. I did not rudely hang up, my phone had over heated & shut off because i was mid sentence when speaking with you. I had to go to AT&T to get it resolved, which took 3 hours. Resulting in a brand new phone. So money is not an issue for me. But it is an issue that you damaged my floor mats to the point where i need new ones & didn’t say a word. I don’t see you reimbursing me $350 for new mats. If you want to get technical, there are still bug bodies on my windshield and grill, bird poop on my grill, my fenders are filthy, my dash was scratched, & water marks on my windows. I thought i paid the extra $15 to get the full interior vacuum, but i guess that doesn’t include under the seats. You want to talk about being brought up, but your company is acting extremely childish posting my phone number & having a business that smells like a porta potty on a hot summer day. That is well past due for a cleaning. God Bless You.

I gave this car wash multiple chances, I’ve been a loyal costumer for the past 5 years but unfortunately I am beyond disappointed with the outcome of the past few car washes I’ve had. The first time it happened I was ok with it, it happened to me again and I was annoyed but now this is probably the 4th time and I rather wash my car at home or go somewhere else. Dust in my seats , center counsel, water stains all over the car , my wheels were dirty and this was after I payed $50 for the wash.
