3 weeks agoI came at night time they don’t have any vacuum they put new mats on dirty place. I don’t recommended anyone to come here at night time it cost me 25 just outside auto cleaning like seriously at list a vacuum very disappointed. All those stuff I gave to clean after paying 25 dollar .2 years agoThis car wash has plenty of wash options and even monthly memberships. Like most car washes, they focus on quantity and not quality. The more cars they do the more money they make. They don’t spend to long wiping your car down after it comes out of the wash, leaving stubborn debris, bugs and other stuff that’s been sitting on your paint for too long. I’m always forced to grab a towel and wipe down the car myself. They just need to spend some extra TLC when cleaning. I do the lube to my van yesterday and the guys who change the oil are great but the lady with glasses in the front desk it’s nasty and disrespectful with the clients. I’m a old costumer and when you have their service you get a free car wash but they never give the coupon for the free car wash and even when I made the lube payment to the same lady she refused to give the free car wash. For the manager of this business: he really need to choose better employees who really treat customers better because they’re going to loose all the costumer they have for years.8 months agoWent for a late night wash, the staff is kind but mediocre at best. Paid for the $20 exterior wash just for my car to still come out dirty. I told the gentleman in charge and he wipes it, leaves it dirty & just walked away. Basically he didn’t care. I was not expecting a refund or discount I just wanted my car to be clean. Just unprofessional service. If you NEED to get your car washed at night here, just do the $8 one instead but don’t expect it to be the best. Do not waste your money because they will give you the same service. I attached one pic of the dirt left on top of my car, but the sides were dirty too. Ended up taking out my own personal clothes/products to clean it myself. Just ridiculous. Bad service is what leads to losing loyal customers, tips, & word-of-mouth marketing.

6 months agoAmazing prices, they clean inside and out for only 18$ , staff is very thorough with the cleaning process. Try them and wont regret it. You wont find anything cheaper and so worth it.3 months agoThe can be the best when the actually try. If you go in for just a car wash and vacuum they will do just that. They do however offer a more detailed cleaning. Its obviously a little more but you car will come back looking and smelling wonderful. They might miss a few spots but nothing they wont go right back and clean if you point it out to them. They have a small store rhat offers small trinkets for you car aswell as floor mats and such things… its not a bad car wash but i have been to better.4 months agoFast service. Reasonable prices. Also shop inside with a wide variety of merchandise and some snacks. The store is nice and clean. The store is closed after 7pm ,but you can still get a carwash for the outside of your car and ride in the car. Go during the day and ask for a loyalty card. You get a free carwash after 10 washes. They also do detailing2 years agoIt is the worst car wash I ever been to. Services were horrible. Staffs were rude,inconsiderate and disrespectful. I had never feel so disrespected in my life. I emptied the entire car so they can do a through cleaning. $60 is not worth the travel and time spent on this place. I had asked for a wet coth so i can wipe down the seats and all interiors myself. They even left it there. They didn’t even open the seats. Imagine how aggravating and frustrating was for me. I had to request a couple times to reclean the front tires (still dirty black large spots), main compartment left without vacuum, the upper part of 4 windows left unclean (my fingers turned black at touch, obviously they didn’t clean it), gas pump area left unclean (original dirty look, obviously it never be cleaned)…front passenger compartment was not vacuumed…too much to mention, very disappointed with the final results. Total costed $52+ tips. Never come back.

Highly recommend, they also have little gadgets in the waiting area. 10/102 years agoThe car needed a bath badly and I didn’t like the long line at my local car wash. Since this car wash was near a weekly task I have to perform, and there was no waiting, I gave it a shot. Glad I did. I got the full service wash for $15 and it was worth every penny. They were fast and thorough. The interior was vacuumed to perfection and the dash, door panels and windows nicely cleaned. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FROM DAY 1. These guys explained to me how a dirty towel is horrible and creates swirls. They used a clean towel and my car looks even better. Never going to Tony’s Hand Car Wash ever again and I’m coming here. Sad because Tony’s is down the block for me.
