The foam brushes work very well2 months agoThe machine is setup to steal your money. I put $20 bill and it never returned my change and I called the number a dozen time. The phone is computerized to and there is no one to answer. The owners needs to be sued for stealing people’s money.7 months agoI remember the day this car washed opened. And man, did it go down hill fast!The PLC is all mixed up; doesn’t wash in any logical order and every time is different. Hardly any product is used and some spray patterns work, others don’t.
It’s just become a shady place. Place is not kept up.
6 months agoHorrible car wash. Paid for the ultimate car wash and seemed more like a basic rinse. Same bugs on the grill/windshield and dirt on the tires.

9 months agoI frequent this car wash as it is one of my preferred car washes. However, I went this morning to get my car cleaned and selected the type of wash I wanted, and paid for it. And you guessed it, nothing happened, no lights, no noise, NOTHING! which is similar to the response I have received when contacting the phone number associated with the business. I left a voicemail and have yet to receive a callback as I am requesting a refund or a voucher for my car was I paid for. There wasn’t a sign saying not in service, broken, or closed. Please go somewhere else!7 months agoHorrible, the machine did not work AT ALL. I paid full well for the service but completely wasted my money. There is no number to reach out to the owner either. I do NOT recommend.a year agoI purchased the Ultimate Triple Wash wash for $11.00. The under spray shut off before I drove half way into the wash bay! The wash carriage only made two wash passes. How is that a triple wash? There is no front or rear brush on the wash carriage so the back, front, and the hood of my 1/2 ton pickup trick did not get washed at all. It gave me a terrible truck wash all over the entire truck. Spots and dirt are still all over it! Not clean at all! They got my $11.00. I will just add this business to my list of RIP OFF SECOND RATE BUSINESSES that I have run across since I have been in this area! Pretty Pathetic to say the least! Hose was just sitting on the wall pumping out water as the machine moved along not dispensing anything on the car. Worst wash ever. Avoid and save your money. I now have to get a real wash to clean the soap off!2 years agoWent because my car was cover in pollen. After the wash all the pollen was gone but the blower dryer did not work. Also my front license plate was super bent up. Do not recommend. They also charged my card for 10$ when I picked the 7$ option.

The spot free rinse didn’t have enough pressure to even touch my car. Then to top it off, the dryer didn’t work!

Tried this place twice…the first time, they didn’t completely clean the interior and I had to get someone to finish the job. Today, I tried them again because the backseat was quite filthy and dirt-covered where my child returned from camp everyday covered in mud! They missed ALOT!! (see photos) I went home and used wipes & a dust buster to get it perfect in less than 10 minutes!! Sorry to say, but their detail team needs to pay attention to the details!!
I had a very bad experience. I even told the lady that my car is not even clean and they really didn’t do anything. This is how my car looks after the full service.
We have lived here for a few years and I am not sure how I missed this place! What a great job they did on the full service car wash!! The vacuum was just right, the wipe down got all the areas I was concerned with, and inside/outside are better than I expected. Everyone from the nice person who explained the pricing and process to the cashier and team doing the final detailing, the customer service was awesome. This will now be my regular place!! As for the comments in the reaviews about the interiors not being cleaned, as a person who for years has done my own car detailing after toddlers and trips and teens after sporting tournaments, there is a difference between a $30 full service wash and car detailing…. hours of difference.

we just moved here from san diego and i was so relieved to find a full service car wash close by. i’m not sure why the reviews are so negative? for $22 i got exactly what i expected! i have 2 kids, so i emptied out my car and blew all the big crumbs out with a leaf blower before heading over. i was greeted quickly and my car was done pretty fast, as well. i think maybe they took pity on me after seeing the car seats ?? but everything was wiped down and lightly vacuumed! the exact same things i would have done myself at home, just paid to have it outsourced today.
don’t expect new car smell, expect to have your windows cleaned, the cup holders cleaned out, electronics dusted and, all water/jams wiped off. exactly what i needed.
This was the worst self-service car wash I’ve ever been to. I would give zero stars. The wash asks for 8 coins you give it 8 coins and it gives you 1 minute of wash time. I switched to another Bay, another 8 coins 2 minutes of wash time. I will never use this service again. Then with no more coins and a soapy car, I had to go through the drive through car wash which gets stuck and only one side rinses that’s if you get any soap. Don’t waste your time or money.
