Today I went and they did a horrible job on my vehicle.
I don’t know if it was because it was busy or what but first they called me over to my vehicle and asked to see my receipt before they included my tires. Then when they called my over to say my vehicle was finished…I walked right over rubbed dirt off a couple of spots and showed them. While they cleaned that off…I noticed the dirt still on my hubcaps…and pointed it out. While they were clearing the hubcaps…I walked to the other side of my vehicle where coffee had spilled from the hood down the window and doorframe 2 days before….it was still there…smh. I pointed that out…he tried using the same rag and it didn’t budge but went and got another cleaner and rag and it came off. However, he only did the door and went to put the cleaner and rag back, I had to show him the top of the hood that was creased near the door again. While he was doing that…I pointed out another spot in the middle of hood right above the rear window and went back to the other side of my vehicle. Turned around he had left and was working on a car behind mine but hadn’t cleaned the last spot I showed him and my hubcaps were also still dirty in between. I just got in my car and drove off.
3 months agoThis was my first time here and i will definitely be a regular. They were detail-oriented, precise and the customer service was amazing. I have been to all the car washes in the local area and their price is worth their services and my new favorite. Definitely recommend.5 months agoSUPER shady and rude. We took our car there for a basic wash. They tried charging us the pickup truck price for our little car. When we told them that they had the truck price on there, they said, “It’s $2… you have money…” I don’t care if it was only 25 cents more! We pulled up in a compact sized car and you charged us a truck price. It’s a simple principle. And your comment of “you have money”?! What an unprofessional and rude thing to say. Even though this is the closest car was to our house, we will be driving double the distance JUST to avoid this place from now on. Avoid this carwash at all costs! Look at the other comments!a year ago“Worst Carwash” driving home, I noticed WINDOWS were PERMANENTLY SCRATCHED. Went back to find the owner or guy in charge to tell me there’s no way it happened there. BEWARE! My windows were not scratched before wash, they had circular marks from their rags and I own a cleaning business so I know how these things happen.a year agoI received a gift card from this place from my wife. She uses this place all the time. I had the “Elite” package. When I jumped in my truck, the mats were not even washed! Also missed spots on the interior passenger door. Not worth 35.00. Place seems more concerned with quantity not quality. Now I have to go home and do it myself…. After hearing from management very quickly, mats are apparently not included. I guess he/she didn’t see the last photo of my passenger door. It was missed entirely. Poor work!

7 months agoI Like this spot for washing my work SUV. Everything is usually in good working order (vacuums, soap brush, sprayers, and change machines). There are enough bays for less waiting and space for drying and detailing. Very clean, garbage cans emptied regularly and area seems relatively safe. I pass many other car washes to get here and will continue. Update: Plus they except credit/debit, so you don’t have to keep putting quarters in.4 weeks agoWent here on 12/11/23 around 4pm. Car wash did horrible. Paid for the premium wash and the only thing the car wash did was rinse a couple times and then scrub. Not even any suds or soap!!! Either the owners are cheap or the machine is broken. Not happy and not coming back here. The clear coat on the car may even be scratched up now since there wasn’t any soap.a month agoNever go to this place, they always overcharge. I took the selfwash service, it costed 15$. But I was charged more than 50$, several times. Never go to this place!4 months agoOn a bright, sunny day, you may have to wait to get a thorough clean and wax, vacuum and a drying wipe down. The touch- less automation makes it all worth it though…8 months ago16 DOLLAR WASH FOR NOTHING?! I wasted 16 dollar for the best wash options at the automatic soft touch choice wash, it did the soap brushes and all expect the no wax light was blinking either. Biggest RIPOFF disappointment and times that I go here the car washes now is just broken. I am not with this greedy car wash MONEY FOR NO WAX! If I knew that it was not working I could of at least got the 14 dollar wash then. But later I went to the other soft touch wash it gave my car wax. Never come here.

They do not have a system in place to verify who the rightful owners are of the vehicles they’re servicing. There was a language barrier with 95% of the staff. After getting no assistance for minutes, I called 911 and filed a stolen vehicle report. This will happen again! They need to do a much better job with checks & balance and securing people’s expensive property! What’s cleaner than invisible?!?! I was told that the owner was in route to the location, if he arrived, he never spoke to me nor tried to make amends for their gross negligence.2 months agoWorth the price. My spouse uses our shared vehicle like a work truck for his lawn care and painting outreach. To my chagrin, there were grass and paint stains throughout every area of carpeting. When I became fed up I was so glad to find SPA. Although I’ll need to go back again to do a second deep cleaning, I was very pleased with their team modules approach to getting my vehicle somewhat restored.2 months agoFirst, I left my car and keys and waited for service. Male cashier was very nice and informative. When I received my car, radio station was changed to Latino music. I have had trouble with neighbors or same ethnicity-trying to tell me something… Finally, the reason I brought my Jeep in was because someone smeared crumbs in the seams of my hood-still there along with a dirty hood on the left side. I think I’ll do it myself or go elsewhere.8 months agoThis is one of the best car washes I have been to. They did an amazing job on my car. The price is very decent $35 for a Honda Odyssey that includes interior and exterior cleaning. I will be a regular customer here. I highly recommend this place.

I love going here for a car wash! The touch free wash is 24/7 (shown in my photos) which is so cool! I don’t have any complains for their quality of services but only 4 stars because of their price (pictures for the price). In my opinion, their price is a bit tad high. But I’ll still use this place for my car! 🙂

hey guys, please remind me to never go here and all my gay and minority communities please stop supporting this location. the staff is predominantly white and is very rude and racist. they only treat they people with kindness, concern, and care. only offered assistance to white people and was rude to me while i was spending money at there vacuum, car wash and car supply vending machine. instead of being polite and asking me to move, i was told move you can’t be here, as she proceeded to walk away. It’s sad that this still goes on in 2023. Also remind me to never move out here.
People that work there are cool people and they take care of your car, but the washing experience is just not that effective. For both touch less and automatic car wash, they offer a range of washing options from $12-$20. I get the highest priced one every time, but it just doesn’t do that good of a job at cleaning the exterior of the car. The touch less one leaves dust on certain parts of the body and doesn’t even touch the wheels. The automatic is better but there is that risk of scratching, and it only cleans a little better, but that’s cause the workers spray down and pre soak/clean it too. It still can leave dirt and grime in some places, like the windshield or windows depending on how dirty it is. The process is really quick too so sometimes it feels like it skips steps or you’re paying differently but getting the same result. I’d rate the cleaning process of the touch less a 2/5 and 3.5/5 on the automatic.
I understand it’s not gonna be a super shiny amazing clean like you would get at detailing or something else, but for the prices, I would prefer better cleaning.
All in all, I’d just recommended going to the left side where you get out and spray it down clean it yourself with their equipment, at least that way you can see and spot treat or whatever you wanna do. Might pay more though, depends on your time and what options you choose.
I went through the touchless wash lane today and was quite disappointed with the water pressure. It was so weak I had to wonder if my car would even be clean after and it was not. Rather than go in and complain I opted to call and let them know how dissatisfied I was and they made no attempt to provide customer service.
