Very disappointed with my services here. I’ve never been here and asked the worker if they had a package that would including polishing/shining of the car . He directed me towards their $24.99 exterior package that would include just that. To my surprise when I was exiting the car wash to get my car dried and polished they had only dried the car and barely dry it at that. There was still water splattered around the car. I was expecting higher quality and polishing as I was told. But I did not receive either. Definitely a waste of money. If I were to come back I would get the most basic service they offer because the upgraded ones do not offer high quality and they do not do what is being told they would do. Maybe it was misjudgment on my end but I thought me and the worker were in the same page of what I wanted.

They did a great job cleaning the inside of my car. There is a nice waiting area inside with clean bathrooms. There is also a vending machine if you need a snack. You can also sit outside on the bench. Everyone that was there was very friendly. My car battery died and they were so kind to help me get a jump.

I really like the car wash in regards to how it cleans my vehicle. But after every visit I’m getting a really bad wet dog smell coming through my vents it’s awful and stays in my car long after the wash. I have the monthly plan so I plan on keep using it to clear up the sap on my windows but think the filters may need to be changed out at this car wash I haven’t experienced this at other local washes.

Visited the Autobell Car Wash in Forest Hill on 2/3/2019 and purchased the manager’s special with rain repellent. This was my first time using their service and I am not at all satisfied with their ‘manager’s special.’ Exterior looked OK, but was not fully hand dried. Interior was lightly vacuumed and the staff drenched my media console to the point where it was not working properly. LUCKILY I was able to dry it myself once arriving home. Also was not asked about any fragrance.

    I will not be returning.

Excellent car wash! My kids love the rainbow lights. We have a membership and having the tokens for the vacuum is so convenient for vacuuming up the seemingly endless supply of Goldfish in the back seat of my car. My car has never been so clean.

Touch-less! Monthy membership with 1 was a day, friendly staff. Only down side is you can use 1 wash a day and rotate through different cars and adding a second vehicle to the monthly plan is extremely expensive

Gave this place another try recently and got burned again. This time the brushless wash ended prematurely without the blower operating to dry the car. I even paid for the premium wash at $10. Too bad as this used to be a nice place.

Great self-service car wash. It accepts credit/debit cards, so you don’t need to keep putting coins in the machine…you simply push a button when you’re finished. I washed my car using the tire wash; pre-soak; soap; foaming brush; and rinse…over 18 minutes (my car was really filthy) cost just $14.00. Highly recommended.

You’ve got to be kidding. $9 for a basic wash and rinse on the touchless auto wash and the blow drying isn’t even included????

Did a good job getting all the dirt off the car and in a convenient spot – but I do wish they had tap to pay so that I didn’t have to put a bunch of $1 bills in ?

Today I paid $12 to get my car washed and my car is still filthy. I’ve been here several times in the past and I have been very happy with the car wash. They apparently aren’t keeping their equipment up to par. What a rip off!

Protecting Your Car’s Paint After Washing

After washing your car, it is important to protect the paint to keep it looking its best and prevent damage from environmental factors. Here are some tips on how to protect your car’s paint after washing:

  • Apply a protective wax or sealant: After washing the car, apply a high-quality wax or sealant to create a protective layer on the paint. This will provide an additional barrier against UV rays, water spots, and contaminants.
  • Use a paint protectant film: Consider applying a clear paint protectant film to areas prone to chips, such as the front bumper, hood, or side mirrors. This film acts as a sacrificial layer and helps prevent damage from rocks, bugs, and other road debris.
  • Avoid parking under direct sunlight: Ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun can fade and deteriorate your car’s paint over time. Whenever possible, park your car in shaded areas or use a car cover to protect it from direct sunlight.
  • Regularly clean bird droppings and tree sap: Bird droppings and tree sap can be corrosive to paint if left untreated. Remove these substances as soon as possible to prevent etching or staining. Use a dedicated bird dropping remover or a mixture of water and mild soap.
  • Use microfiber towels for drying: When drying your car after washing, use soft, lint-free microfiber towels instead of rough materials like bath towels. Microfiber towels are gentle on the paint and help avoid scratching or swirling.
  • Apply a paint sealant or ceramic coating: For maximum protection, consider using a paint sealant or ceramic coating. These products provide a long-lasting barrier against contaminants, UV rays, and minor scratches. However, they may require professional application.
  • Regularly wash and maintain your car: Regular washing and maintenance play a crucial role in protecting your car’s paint. Keep your car clean by washing it every 1-2 weeks, using pH-neutral car wash soap, and avoiding abrasive brushes or sponges.

By following these steps, you can enhance the longevity and appearance of your car’s paint, ensuring it stays in excellent condition for years to come.

  1. This place has it all!

A great wash, vacuums, and even a carpet cleaning machine! They also have microfiber towels to dry your car off and hand sanitizer.

My Jeep looks pretty good coming out.

It’s typically busy here, so during the week in the early mornings is usually best!

They offer a monthly membership. I don’t have one because I don’t live close by to use it more than once a month, so I just pay for the best wash, which is $19. Their monthly membership is $29.

Just updating that the prices have increased to $39 for a monthly membership and $25 for the best wash.

I only come into this area once a month, so it’s not quite worth me paying for a membership, but it’s still my go-to for a good wash.

Lastly, the only change I would suggest is that they change out their towels. Little tiny microfiber pieces end up all over the place on my car. I can’t use these towels on the windshield and windows because it leaves tons of tiny fibers that are hard to wipe off after. You can see it the worst in direct sunlight.

Other than that, I still come here! 🙂

  2. I absolutely love this car wash. I got a membership because I love that they have free vacuums and towels to dry your car. I would have gave them 5 stars.

But in the last few months, it seems like all of the vacuums have no suction. When it won’t pick up mulch off of a floormat, you can tell that there’s no suction.

  3. Easy & convenient most of the time. However, by offering free vacuuming non members pull in just for free vac & hold paying members up by taking their good old time. Also – when they closed for 4-5 days Auto Spa should have compensated members by discounting next billings price or extended monthly memberships for the amount of days they were closed. Other than these two issues, we’re very satisfied!

  4. Auto Spa Automatic Car Wash delivers a top-notch service. The automated system ensures a thorough and efficient cleaning process, leaving my car impeccably clean. The attention to detail is commendable. The convenience of their quick yet effective wash, coupled with courteous staff, makes it a standout choice. The added bonus of free vacuum and towel usage adds significant value to the overall experience. Auto spa Automatic Car Wash is my go-to for a hassle-free and pristine car wash.

  5. Clean and efficient drive through auto car wash. This place also has a self-service area with strong vacuums and clean towels for that finishing touch.
I have the monthly plan and I feel it is worth it as I try to get a car wash weekly. The frequency will likely increase now that we are getting winter weather.
