I LITERALLY love this car lot! We drove around all morning & couldn’t find anyone to get us in a car! We went to ideal autos and was promised a car & then got let down! They wanted 6 grand down on an old beat up 3rd row. We went to drive time & was there 30 mins with any pick on the car lot we drove off in a nice 2019 3rd row. We’re in love with the car & thanks to the girl destinee who helped us she’s amazing! We didn’t mean to keep her so late I didn’t want to leave without my car! Thanks drivetime for everything you did for me and my family!
Jordan was very professional and respectful. She made me feel comfortable and did not try to pressure me into buying just any vehicle. She listened to me on my interest and communicated very clearly and played no games. I would recommend Jordan to my friends and family in the future.
I purchased a vehicle from the Louisville Dixie Hwy location the last week of July 2023. White 2019 with less than 30k miles. Should have known it was too good to be true. I get the car washed for the 2nd time on my way out of town, 8/19/23, and there’s patches of paint missing in several places. So my car looks white with gold spots. The car wash exposed all of the paint chips and areas where the dealership clearly spray painted the car. This is clearly a place for people who have low credit, so they feel they can take advantage of you. Don’t buy your car here.

I reported to the finance company. Since it hadn’t been 30 days, I was able to have my loan reversed as if I never got it. Thank God. But of course the shady dealership didn’t return my car payment due to miles driven even though they didn’t take off the price for spray painting the car. This whole scenario is hilarious! People are so crooked. Do better Drive time.
The easiest most fun car buying experience from start to finish. Mike was phenomenal form the minute he greeted me at the door. There was absolutely no pressure just complete focus on meeting all of my needs. He listened to my requests and answered all questions before I could ask them. Everyone in the office was amazing. Destiny, Jerrod, and Omar really all interacted with me and others. Everyone seemed to genuinely care and show compassion. Top notch customer service the way car buying should be!
My experience was really great. Omar was very nice and understanding. He was able to answer all my questions without any problems. The team at drive time was friendly as well. This will be my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from drive time. I’m very satisfied.
