5 months agoUsed to go here and they wouldn’t leave a spec in my car. Went today and they didn’t do such a good job. The exterior was fine, but the interior not so much. The workers are nice, but the quality of their work has declined over the years. Would not recommend. I would, however recommend RegentsAuto, they are a new business and are very professional thorough with their cleaning. Check out their instagram for the jobs they have done. I used to say this was the best car wash in town but now I’m starting to think otherwise.2 months agoI got the $49 dollar clean. After my car smelled like vomit. I had to be somewhere so I got a car freshner and opened all the windows all day. When I got home, the smell was still really bad. I went back to this place and tried to explain the experience to the cashier. Suddenly, he started yelling at me, telling me if I have a problem to call the police. I explained I was coming back to them to see if they could do something so it didn’t smell or at the very least reimburse me. Essentially the cops came and when I explained what happened, the guy cashier just started laughing uncontrollably. It was a very odd experience. GOOD LUCK if you choose to go here. If anything happens, they just make you call the cops and the cops can’t really do anything. I SERIOUSLY ADVISE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I would definitely return to Rocky’s to have this service again as as recommend to friends and family.2 months ago4:30 pm No vacum, bad drying, I stop by the dinning next to it to dry it my self on all the missing spots. 4 dollars extra to shine the tires I didn’t do it. total 15 dollars 2 stars for how fast they are even when it’s empty.Will I come again? 2 months agoAttempted to get an oil change/car wash today but instead sat in my vehicle at lube entrance and had three employees staring at me instead of approaching me and asking what services I was seeking. After a few minute staredown, it became clear that no employee was going to approach me so i exited my vehicle and tried to enter enclosure employees were standing in. Couldn’t get in. No one made an attempt to open door. Walker back to my car and an employee finally came out to let me know that their oil guy wasn’t there yet. Sometimes he shows up at 9am, sometimes 9:30, he wasn’t sure. I tried to give my business to a local business owner instead of Valvoline where i normally go (who are always on point and great BTW) but instead was stared at and not provided services they advertise and have. My bad.2 months agoThey did an AMAZING job detailing my car today. This was my first time going to Rocky’s as I usually go somewhere else to get my car detailed, but this will be my go to spot moving forward. I also appreciate how nice the staff was.
