3 months agoThe worst car wash ! I washed my car here for maybe 2 min, only to find multiple 10$ charges on my card the next day. Half the selections don’t even work etc. It’s worth driving to rising sun or north east.a year agoA decent car wash, but some of the soaps were nearly out of stock. Other than that I would say it’s an amazing self-serve car wash. I did not try the automatic lane, and will definitely be trying that one next time.It is currently $3.50 to start the car wash which gives you 5 minutes, every extra dollar seems to give you about one and a half minutes extra. The credit card charges you for the total time used, which could definitely be better than feeding the machine ones.
It is definitely worth the money, and better than the other options close to Aberdeen.

I just love to going there…. Awesome service by all staff…7 months agoMay 16 @ 9:45 pm: The cashier who was working on this shift was extremely rude and lazy and provided poor customer service. This cashier refused to assist my husband and I with an issue we were having. We were trying to redeem our TMobile Tuesday discount but we needed to use our phone number to redeem the rewards. My husband went to pay inside because paying at the pump hasn’t been allowing us to enter our phone number to redeem the rewards. The cashier was annoyed and shooed my husband out the store and told him to pay at the pump because he didn’t feel like dealing with all that we were trying to do. We ended up not getting the discount and left without getting gas at all. We went to Sunoco instead.6 months agoThis was the rudest dumpiest gas station. No, “How can I help you?”, no, “thank you” when you get your change, nothing. I losty 5 quarters in the vacuum machine, told him about it, got no offer to repay me my 5 quarters. He just said, “Must be broken”. Worst customer service I have received in a gas station, ever!

a month agoamazing experience!! very professional and quick service. i needed an interior detailing after a friend got sick in my car after a night out and he did a wonderful job. there was no evidence of the event ever even happening and 99% of the smell was gone, plus my seats and dash have never looked so amazing since the car was brand new! ty’s response time was amazing and he got me in for my appointment just two days later (would’ve been only one if it weren’t for my work schedule!) love the fact behind the rim is in aberdeen and close to home, very affordable price but for top notch service. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!5 months agoContacted Ty on short notice, got the full interior/exterior offer within 24 hours. Prices are great, and services even better. When I was deciding who to get detailing done by, I knew Behind the Rim was a good choice when I saw how Ty handled his reviews. Good reviews were noticed, and even the bad reviews would get a response with an offer to reconcile anything the customer wasn’t satisfied with, and this attitude was the same one Ty brought to the service. I am so blown away with the service I received and Ty never made me feel embarrassed for the mess. This is a Black Owned Business and they do excellent work. The Staff is friendly and super thorough with your vehicle. We highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
Been taking my cars there for some time now and they’ve always done an excellent job. I have to give props to Bryan for always going above and beyond. He takes the extra time to ensure the bugs on the windows and bumpers are cleaned off, and the rims and inside are also cleaned well. They of course did an amazing job and were very accommodating for me, the owner explained everything, he double checked to make sure everything was spotless and the price was great.
