5 months agoI never shop there before my last visit surprisingly i loved it…. Found great items for kids is what brought me in.. prices were insanely amazing and found a pair of amazing denim joggers that i thought i would never even thought about at half price and became my instant favorite.. if you’re a rack attacker like me with 2 kids, this is an amazing spot.in the last weekIt is one of the worst locations to shop at. They do wrong advertisement, so if you do shop, make sure you price match. I ended up paying 20$ dollars extra for no reason, there was clear price on sale item they still charged me msrp and when i went back they was super rude and moreover they was closing store so rather then making ne leave into the mall they made me go outside and asked to re-enter in mall and because its closing hour I am standing there in 2 degree with my 6 months in my arms. Worst location ever.4 months agoSure you can discover cool clothes here but there was a huge lineup for the change rooms on Saturday, and the clothes are so randomly organized that you’re lucky to find something you actually came looking for. It’s like the worst of fast fashion. We left and went to Plato’s closet instead.2 months agoThis location sadly is not shopper friendly. Clothing is everywhere but not in designated area, the racks are over stocked and so its impossible to move garments and find your sizing without dropping 4 pieces of clothes or getting hangers tangled. Also long line ups on an average day. I recommend you go to Sherway H&M it is more organized, clean and makes for a better shop.2 months agoExcellent staff and selection, with the sole exception of one women who openly mocked me and my wife with her colleagues while we were trying on clothes, before loudly proclaiming “Yeah, they’re on drugs.” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

a month agoI was exchanging baby clothes I received from my baby shower (which was postponed due to complications during pregnancy) so my baby was already too big for his gift. Despite being 4 months beyond refund period, the manager was so kind and understanding about the situation and he exchanged it for a larger size and honoured the purchased price too. I really appreciate his understanding and flexibility when it comes to baby clothes and new moms! Thank you!10 months agoGreat , i enjoy the place and this location here at PC MALL. Its huge it has 3 lavels. selection is good . Went shopping on boxing day late afternoon thanks to gift card . H&M reminds me of a mix of old navy meets shein lol. Staff are helpful and nice . It was hectic on boxing day crowds everywhere . This location does have plus size clothing up to a XXL & 18 size….. yeah it could be better selection for plus size like higher sizes and quantity but better then nothing. They have tons of XS & S sizes and anywere else in between with good verity . Got a kids section . Its got lots of other stuff like jewelry and phone cases, etc . Tons of clothes etc for whatever the occasions and reasons of wearing . Its next to public transportation this store location at this mall and central DT location too . The prices are reasonable probably the most affordable place in this entire mall for every budget ❤4 months agoIt’s located just outside the Granville metro station and near to Vancouver City Centre station. Staff is also very nice.2 months agoI love H&M. It is so affordable and it has really fashionable clothes. Street, Casual to Dressy. Everything from classics to the latest fashions. Very reasonable pricing. Also, H&M has nice shoes and many different accessories that can go with any outfit but also go really well with their selections. Also, if you are a member, you earn rewards and can get certain amounts of cash off on your future purchases. Trust me, if you haven’t been there. Go emedietly.2 months agoThe fitting room staff was really unprofessional. I went an hour ago before posting this review and the guy standing in the fitting room, he was literally ignoring customers and asked his coworker to attend. Very bad customer service, company should provide professional training. However, the store itself is great.

Bought this beautiful long ribbed dress from H&M! I tried it on and it fit me amazingly! I love it so much. I feel like this location H&M has more stuff than the other location I guess because this location is bigger! Still very beautiful and modest dress???
Only place that sells 30 dollar underware that has a massive tag on the inside that is 1. Super annoying and 2. Has risks damage when removing it. Such a large brand name store should be smart and mindful enough to design their clothes better. 1 star, I really urge people to notice things like this push back on small details that large companies clearly have lost touch with.
