Grace Walk Church, Elite Preschool, and the Staff have all been so amazing! From the first phone call I made to them to inquire about child care availability, they have had such great communication. The director Wanda is very professional and she secured our spot in the time frame she said she would. My children and I love the daycare! Thanks so much for all you do.By Sarah Santiago (11 months ago)My child is currently enrolled at Elite and I have had other children there in the past. I love the way they care for my child and how they keep me posted through out the day. They even send pictures which puts me at ease just seeing him play and grow with the staff and classmates. I 100% will recommend this daycare.By Lorraine Agnew (11 months ago)The program is excellent. I just miss the previous director. She was more parent oriented, and she was willing to work with us for the best of the kids and our families. She was always willing to go the extra mile. The new director is professional but she lacks that sense of empathy and connections with parents. She could be more sensitive to needs and be more open to do a little extra when needed.By Chio Alvarez (a year ago)As they say these days, Its the app for me! Getting updates on my kiddos day, picture mail, videos, even just to see what was served for lunch. Just brings me joy. Knowing that my children are learning the bible and getting a general education is awesome.
The staff is well put together. They really seem to care. I just really love that.
By Deirdre McBride (a year ago)My two children ages 2 and 3 have attended Elite Preschool and Learning Center for around a year now.
What I like the most about this facility:They always greet you with a warm and inviting smile and are very friendly. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. The staff all know my children on a personal level and greet them by their names when they see them including the cook and the front staff. I like how clean it is when I visit or drop off and pick up my children. The teachers all seem to really care about their students. I really feel like they take an interest in the individual child’s well being and how they are doing. They communicate with me, the parent, very well. They have an app and always answer the phone when I call. I like the activities they do with the kids. I love that they have a very structured and consistent schedule.
What I like the least:
I wish the food was better quality. For what the tuition rate is I would expect more for the food quality. My children have attended 3 other facilities(Once we moved and the other two times I did not like the facilities) and I’m sad to say I think the food here is the one I liked the least. I like that they have fruits but a lot of the food seems processed like canned food. I wish it was more fresh. Also, I think it would be important for me to note that I haven’t seen every dish/meal/snack they’ve had but for the ones I have seen I feel they could be better.I don’t like that they will charge you for the whole week even when they are closed for a holiday or for training.
Biting- I noticed other reviews mention biting and that the reviewer did not feel that it was properly addressed. As a parent myself I understand where they are coming from when in that situation but if you do research even a simple google search you’ll see biting is a common behavior. My kids have both been bitten several times throughout their time here and at other providers previously but I understand it is a normal behavior for their age even though it is not a welcomed behavior and the staff do their best to prevent this behavior or to redirect the children. Ms.Vickie is great, she has been both of my children’s teacher, my little one even asks about her over the weekend sometimes. Ms. Kayla and Ms.Ashley are also awesome and really good with the kids. I do not go to church here or work here.

PCA in Gilbert has been an absolute godsend for our family. I am admittedly an overprotective parent and have been disappointed with the quality of care of other childcare facilities. However, PCA has exceeded my expectations, and I can bring my children to PCA and be at peace knowing they are safe, loved, and learning. The staff and Director Traci are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care for the children. We are forever grateful to be a part of the PCA family. If you are a parent like me who constantly worries about your child’s safety and looking for a childcare facility that feels like home, I encourage you to tour PCA. It is pure magic.By Sasha Houts (4 months ago)I’ve had a tough go around finding my son the right childcare since he was a baby! A lot of places promise a lot of things and then once you start sending your child there you realize they aren’t holding up their end of the bargain. When I found PCA I was kind of holding my breath but hoping for the best as we tried one more time at a new place. My son loves his friends, his teachers, and all the staff here. He is 4 and can write his full name (and mine and our dog’s name), he was in occupational therapy for 3 years before coming here and after only a few months here he is graduating from OT this week (because he’s exceeded all goals we set for him at this age), and he is just so nurtured here. My son has had a rough road with some medical problems when he was a baby and young toddler which left us with doing therapy 5 days a week. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy! As I said, he’s graduating from OT because he’s met the mark and passed it since starting at PCA, and he is also close to graduating PT because he’s meeting and quickly starting to surpass the goals in there! I was blown away a few weeks ago when my son hopped on a tricycle at the children’s museum and rode it with no issue. Riding a bike/tricycle was a goal in PT we had decided to revisit just a few months earlier because it was still just too difficult for my son. I almost cried seeing him just hop on and start riding like it was nothing! I asked him who taught him to do that and he said “uhm at school did!” If you’re looking for a school that not only talks the talk but also walks the walk…. You’ve found the place here. We love everyone at PCA.By Maria M (3 weeks ago)I’m so grateful that my little guy has a second home at Phoenix Children’s Academy in Gilbert. He loves school, most of the time I have to wait 5-10 minutes for him to agree to leave when I come pick him up. They have festive and fun projects for the kids, and new activities every day. They really keep the kids engaged in learning through play, I am amazed at some of the things my son teaches me about. I give the school so much credit for where he is with his writing, math, and creative development. The hardest part is going to be leaving during the regular school year when he starts Kindergarten next year. We would recommend this school to any parent looking for quality childcare in an educational setting.By Jordan Parkes (a year ago)I’m a mother of three children; my youngest daughter began attending Phoenix Children’s Academy when she was five years old, and she adores it to the point where she refuses to leave when I tell her it’s time to go home. The first thing she asks is whether we may stay a little longer. My oldest daughter visits this location as well, and she cannot stop talking about it. I’m going to say that this is our home. Every teacher is extremely pleasant and skilled at communicating any topic. This is a facility that I would strongly suggest to any family. This location offers a variety of learning opportunities like, hands-on activities, as well as Spanish language to assist students in learning the language. My third child is only a few months old, and I’m overjoyed that he will soon be joining us at this wonderful facility.By Bertha Andrade (10 months ago)I wish we could have found PCA sooner for our little one! Over the past 2 1/2 years we’ve enjoyed watching our daughter thrive at PCA. Every single staff member and teacher are wonderful – they always have a friendly smile on their faces and every single teacher in the school know our daughters name. I can’t say enough positive things about this place…we love the curriculum, the daily activities they have planned, how clean & sanitary the building is, that they do Water Day in the summer, help teach basics and prep our little one for Kindergarten (they even have the most adorable Pre-K Graduation ceremony complete with caps and gowns!!), send updates throughout the day in a really cool app, and genuinely just care about what’s best for early development. Now that we have a Kindergartener, we’ll only be able to go to PCA on school breaks but not only are we looking forward to that, so is our daughter. We love PCA and highly recommend the Lindsey Rd. location.By Erica Beiriger (a year ago)

My daughter has been attending Kiddie Academy for the past 2 years and I can’t begin to explain what a blessing this school has been for us. I love being able to walk in and be greeted by the kindest, most caring staff (this goes out to you, Miss Shirley and Mr. Miguel!). Plus, every classroom has capable, caring teachers who really do their best for the kids. I have helped out on a few field trips and can attest that these people know how to wrangle 25+ crazy kids! Miss Billi Jo has given my daughter daily hugs and knows exactly how to cheer her up on hard days, Miss Amber and Miss Sharon are the perfect duo and have made such a positive impact on my daughter’s life. The owners, Mike and Rachael are very responsive and always available. They have poured their hearts into this school and are very protective and considerate of the children they care for. My daughter will be starting Kindergarten soon and I feel that Kiddie Academy has prepared her for a very bright future. Highly recommend this place to any parents out there – you will be in great hands!!By Lisa Nelson (5 months ago)We have been taking our daughter to Kiddie Academy since September 2020, a little after she turned 2. Our son started going at about 8 months old in July 2021. Every teacher shows great concern and love for both of our kids. I love that all the teachers know all of the kids’ names, even kids they don’t teach on a daily basis. The owners are so kind and it is apparent they love what they do!By Sara Ludwig (6 months ago)Love this place so much!!! If you are looking for a loving and caring place, this is it! We spent time and researched many daycares in the area before choosing Kiddie Academy. We were super careful on the daycare we chose for our baby. Three things that strongly placed our trust with Kiddie Academy:
1. Cameras that you can check up on your baby, photo updates, and summary of sleep, meals, and diaper changes.
2. The teachers! We love Ms. Jeannie and Ms Emily! Trust them 100% like family!
3. The place is VERY clean and they decorate the place so cute. It’s very warm and welcoming for the kids. They also offer meals and snacks. The teachers are so attentive to the kids needs. I am so so sad we are moving our son to another daycare. We live in Cave Creek and were commuting on average 45 minutes there and back, but with winter coming and road closures my commute was over an hour for me there and back. I really wish I can keep my son here. I will truly miss Kiddie Academy, Ms. Jeannie, and Ms. Emily.
By Natalia Puzhaeva (2 months ago)I’m not the kind of person who takes to the internet with my opinion. That said, I think it’s important to recognize an outstanding business equally as pointing out which ones to avoid. My twins have been attending this Kiddie Academy for approximately a year as of this review. The teachers and staff both in the classroom as well as front office are genuinely kind and attentive. Everyone here clearly cares about the children in their school. My kiddos are always engaged in activity and aren’t just left to languish on their own all day like our previous experiences with other childcare providers.
My twins look forward to “going to school” every morning and have noticeably leaped forward in their social, cognitive and physical development. Dollar for dollar, this Kiddie Academy is the best value I’ve found in the area for child care
By Jeffrey Keltgen (9 months ago)As an employee of kiddie academy, the owners always made sure everyone was up to date on their trainings; they also made sure all the employees that were hired were best fit for the kids, the classrooms, and overall the best fit for kiddie academy. Not only was I an employee, my kids also attended kiddie academy. Even before working for them, I always felt comfortable leaving my boys there. They were cared for by all their teachers, I was always contacted if something happened with the boys, and the education my boys received exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful I was able to have my boys go there for as long as they did! The only reason we left is because I had to relocate out of state, or else I would keep them there for as long as they could stay!
