An amazing childcare facility. The staff are always friendly & willing to answer any questions I have. My kiddo is very energetic and the teachers always find new ways to help him become engaged and participate. I also love that we receive pictures and notes throughout the day. They also offer many perks to being family at their facility. Starting with a free hot breakfast to enjoy with your child(ren) every morning. They also have parent games and competitions like chili cook offs and best pie on pi day. Every year they also host a Trunk or Treat for the school complete with food, a bounce house and of course candy and costumes!! We absolutely LOVE The Academy of Harpeth Village and we couldn’t imagine our kiddos going anywhere else.By Tiffany Garton (9 months ago)Two of my three children attended this daycare (so I have plenty to compare it to), and this is above and beyond THE BEST daycare we have ever seen. We have nothing but good things to say about it. Our youngest is now in pre-k and has attended since she was 2. The building is always clean and smells good, and the teachers and staff are ALL INCREDIBLE. I feel like every single teacher genuinely loves their job and the children they teach every day. The kids are constantly learning, and there are plenty of daily photos and videos and updates on their app. It feels incredible to know we are dropping our child off somewhere she will be safe and so well cared for, as well as learn in a classroom setting AND have a great time while she’s at it! Plus our picky eater loves the food (breakfast, lunch, and snack served daily). Shout out to Ms. Liza, Ms. Rita, Ms. Hailey, and Mr. Brandon for the sweet patience and fun energy you have for these kids! Thank you Chantelle, Ashley, and Anne for taking such great care of our family. This is a school we can truly count on to provide the best care and environment for our precious children.By Cory (9 months ago)We’ve been sending our two boys here for about 6 months now, and it has been life changing! Our oldest is 4, and he is a wild ball of energy that needs a healthy balance of both activity and learning. The staff fully embraces his quirky personality and are forgiving that he very rarely naps (this was a point of conflict at other places). He gets upset when he has to stay home from school, which speaks volumes. Our other child (who is just under 2) is developmentally delayed and sees four therapists a month. Upon starting him at this daycare, we saw an immediate explosion of growth with him. All of his teachers work so intentionally and diligently. They are truly invested in his growth, and it often brings tears to my eyes to see him so loved. EVERYONE knows everyone here. They ALL say hello every morning. I would not consider sending my boys anywhere else, as I spend each week being thankful we were able to get them both in.By Morgan Paige Towle (2 weeks ago)For the past 9 years, we have had children taught very well, and lovingly cared for at The Academy of Harpeth Village. The leadership and teaching staff are second to none, and they genuinely care for our children as if they were their own. As parents, we love seeing the pictures and videos teachers post to The Academy’s Parent Portal App, showing our children enjoying their day, learning and playing with their friends.
I highly recommend The Academy of Harpeth Village to any parent(s) that want the peace of mind knowing that their children are safe, sound, and loved when you are not able to be with them.
By Allen Hines (9 months ago)My daughter has been at AoHV for 5 years and just graduated from the kindergarten boot camp. The prom and graduation were a huge success, as all of the events have been. The school has helped prepare her in more ways than just academics and enrichments. She stands up for herself, knows how to problem solve, has learned how to handle her emotions, and the teachers have all encouraged her artistic side throughout the years. I am grateful for the love and devotion the entire school family has shown to her. Well done to the entire management team. The Academy of Harpeth Village the second to none!By Bradley Loveless (5 months ago)

UPDATE: 6 months later and still very satisfied. I am extremely thankful for KinderCare and all that they do! I feel comfortable leaving my son there knowing that their staff genuinely cares . They constantly keep me updated with photos and videos of their activities too! It has become a nice break in my day to be able to log into the app and see how my son is doing. I have been thoroughly impressed with every single teacher that he has had while transitioning through the age groups. The entire staff there is incredible.By Robert Morsch (a year ago)My husband and I have loved having our son at KinderCare. It’s never easy to leave your baby in the hands of someone else, but we truly have no worries while he is at KinderCare. His teachers, Ms. Britany and Ms. Robin, go above and beyond to care on him and plan activities for his class that we know he is enjoying AND are helping him developmentally. We are provided with a glance into units and learning each month. They are fantastic with communication and put the time and effort into creating calendars to keep us in the loop and on top of things. We know our son is met with love, care, learning, and structure each day at KinderCare. We have also been immensely impressed by the management and to be honest all of the teachers we have encountered during our time there. So thankful to be part of the KinderCare family and would HIGHLY recommend!By Paige Roe (a year ago)We love KinderCare! I feel really at ease dropping my daughter off everyday and truly thankful for all they do for my girl! They really make me feel like she’s special to them too! The app is awesome and easy to use. We get real time updates and lots pictures!By Jazmin Lowe (a year ago)This place is wonderful. Both of my children have went here. Mrs Tara has been amazing for my youngest! She has separation anxiety and Mrs Tara has been a Godsend! She is energetic and loving and has very open communication! My eldest had a strong fondness for Mrs Robin who also is amazing and of course Mrs Araselle (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) was amazing when mine was in the infant room! So many of these ladies are just amazing!By Dana J (a year ago)My daughter, Anna, has attended KinderCare since she was 3 months old. At first it was difficult to leave her with someone else, but has become so much easier thanks to KinderCare. Anna loves her teachers, Ms. Aracelle, Ms. Kara, and Ms. Ann- They always get a smile when Anna sees them each day. The teachers nurture her emotionally and intellectually and treat Anna like their own child. I can focus on my job knowing that Anna is in great hands. The teachers are great at communication throughout the day and are always receptive to conversations at drop off or pick up. I’m addition, the center directors, Ms. Lisa and Ms. Sandy, are fabulous at communication for the whole center. Any time I need to call or get information they are welcoming and know exactly who I am. We love KinderCare!By Ellen Carnes (a year ago)

After 4 years and few months, I can’t say enough great things about KinderCare at Swiss Ave. The main reason why I chose this location was the widenees of the classrooms. Teacher and staff are great. I love the update that I get throughout the day, the live videos, pictures, and the notes.
I am very thankful that they are open during the pandemic for the essential workers and for other families, and that they are working with our students on virtual learning.
By Hawa Abdullahi (2 years ago)We love KinderCare. All the staff members know our 7 month old son well; he has been attending since he was 3.5 months old. He is happy when he gets dropped off. They do an excellent job feeding him (he is a fussy eater at home). He learns from the other babies and is meeting all his milestones early. He loves exploring around the classroom, where the babies have free range. He had some troubles sleeping originally but acclimatized well. All the babies have their own cribs. The staff also has a large supply of boppies and other pillows that keep the babies who don’t sit well very comfy. We frequently pick my son up towards the end of the day, and we see the staff doing thorough cleaning at the end of every day. We get informative sheets with nap times, feedings, diaper statuses carefully detailed. They have taught him some skills we would not have even tried, like holding his own bottle. They take adorable pictures of him on a regular basis. The manager of KinderCare has been very understanding when we had to change his initial start date while my in-laws were in town. They have competitive pricing and permit 1/2 fees due when the baby will be out for a full week, which is great for when my in-laws visit and want to spend time with him.
Overall, we are very happy with KinderCare. I highly recommend it to everyone I talk to about it.
By Anne Calkins (3 years ago)Our 11 month old has been attending KinderCare on Swiss Ave since she was 12 weeks old. They have been wonderful partners with us first time parents, helping us navigate the different phases of infancy and also providing loving care to our little girl. I have never doubted she is loved and well taken care of. The directors know the kids and parents by name, which shows they care and enjoy what they do, which is so important.By susan knox (3 years ago)Hands down the best Daycare EVER!!!! Ms. Jamie and Ms. Cassie are truly a Blessing. It was a struggle to get my 2 babies out of the car at our last daycare. I could not mention school without a meltdown and then when I would pull up I literally had to carry them into their class. At Kindercare with these two ladies running things and the teachers that they picked to work for them are so sincere and really LOVE their job. They are patient, caring, and loving. I don’t worry one bit about my babies being not taken care of or unhappy. I am able to do my daily routine and schoolwork with a carefree mind. They are a great team here and work together as a family! I probably get on their nerves telling them how thankful and what a blessing they are but my heart it so grateful and thankful. A lot of teachers in childcare I feel don’t like their job or children. However Kindercare-Swiss Ave.**True Angels at this facility 🙂 5 stars is an understatement, I would rate them an infinite number of starsBy Kimmy Cakes (2 years ago)Our family cannot say enough good things about KinderCare at Swiss Ave. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and consistently show support for both of our kids! They have gone the extra mile throughout the COVID-19 pandemic with all the extra precautions; masks, hand washing, drop off/pick-up modifications, etc. to ensure the health and wellbeing of all children, staff, and parents alike. They communicate often and openly as much as possible. We love the diversity, their app, the location, the partnership with us as parents and that we are always greeted with smiles. Our kids have been here since the beginning and they are more than a daycare, they are like family now. We just love this place!By Jessica Pyle (2 years ago)
