  The entire staff is absolutely amazing! They are very friendly , knowledgeable, and caring. They made my son feel very welcomed on his first day, and that speaks volumes. My son can be very shy and nervous, and on his first day he felt so welcomed , he had almost no hesitation going into his classroom. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional daycare!!

  Both my children go to the Parma Heights location and we love it! The Teacher’s are awesome and are always going above and beyond to make my children safe, comfortable and happy. My toddler has learned so much already for being a 3 year old and my infant is thriving in milestones as well. They really help maneuver around any obstacles we may have with our crazy schedules and/or around any difficulties our children present. I would highly recommend Kidsfirst Learning Centers for your childcare needs.

  Our son has been at Kids First for over two years and thus far we are very impressed with his progress and development. Staff is very friendly and communication has always been great. They will give both positive and negative feedback and with the ladder will work with you to reinforce and correct any issues your child may be having. Our son loves going to daycare and talking about his teachers and friends. Thank you for all that you do!

  This was our safe haven after we had a bad experience at another preschool. Everyone has been great. We have been going there for 4yrs. Specifically, the Director Ashlee has been great.Both when she was a teacher and after she got promoted to director.
  Everyone is really helpful and great. There were many tears when our kids outgrew Kids First for Kindergarten.

  KidsFirst provides great child care for my daughter. I was hesitant and worried to take my daughter to any daycare for the first time. After a lot of research, we decided to go to KidsFirst. I could not be more happy with the choice we made. The teachers are so caring, kind, and very attentive. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers and gets excited when we walk in those doors. When I drop her off, I know she’s in a safe and caring environment, and that she’s getting a quality early education. I would highly recommend KidsFirst!

  We have had an excellent experience at Bright Star over the past year! My daughter had a tough transition when we first starting coming but Ann and her staff were more than accommodating and helped her feel at ease. Now she LOVES going to see her friends!!! They treat you like their own family and you can tell they absolutely adore the kids they care for. It’s amazing to see all of the activities they offer too!! Both our kids are growing and learning in so many different ways! We are so very grateful for all that Bright Star has done for our family ❤️

  Bright Star Academy is an amazing school! It is welcoming, organized, and very well structured. Also, it is very evident how much the teachers and staff care about their students. They are very attentive to each students’ needs and treats them as if they were their own. My kids always have a great day of learning and fun while at Bright Star Academy!

  I was worried about my kids’ development because they have never attended a daycare/school before due to the pandemic. My kids are learning by leaps and bounds right now! Every day I am so amazed by what they are learning. All the credit goes to their teachers! I have no doubt they will be ready for Kindergarten when that time comes.

  The staff at Bright star Academy are truly second to none. I’ve had the pleasure of having all three of my children attend Bright Star Academy and have always been impressed. From the time that my kiddos are dropped off, to the time that they are picked up in the evenings, I know that they are loved and cared for as if I were taking care of them myself. My children have told me on numerous occasions that they love their teacher and are incredibly sad to leave when they are picked up. Bright Star Academy is a five star establishment through and through.

  Our family has used BSA for over 3 years now, starting with our youngest at the time in their infant 2 room. Since then we now have 2 children at the center and they have been in nearly every room by now. We simply love this place and how comfortable they make you feel with your kids. Ann, Annie, and Khawla are incredible leaders of the center and are very approachable and a delightful sense of humor. The teachers in the rooms have also all been fantastic over the years. I’ve always had the sense that my children are well cared for, and that the staff themselves genuinely care about all the kids in the center, and to help them all grow and achieve new goals. Love this place, very grateful for everything.

  We have been sending our girls to BSA for over 6 years now. They love our girls as if they were their own. Everything feels so personal when you’re there. They have had a huge part in teaching our girls so many wonderful things. Sometimes the girls come home and drop knowledge on me… things I didn’t even know they were learning about 😉 They are kind and patient, and very open and transparent with communication. Our family highly recommends BSA for anyone looking for daycare services.

  We adore Teaching Tree!! We have had all 4 of our kids there, and the oldest one is now aged out to a program at her school, but the younger 3 still go daily and love it. I am consistently impressed with the level of thoughtfulness that goes into the curriculum at each level. The teachers truly care about their kids and develop good relationships with them. They balance structure/expectations with nurture and fun really well. The kids all feel quite comfortable with going there, and even our baby who has pretty significant stranger danger is happy and comfortable there, so we leave for work knowing they are well cared for and loved on! They are great with having Parents Night Out events, providing nutritious and organic food, and we really love having diapers/wipes for babies included so it’s less work to get out the door in the morning on time which we all know can be a struggle. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and intentional care for their kids/preschool age/kindergarten-aged kids!!!

  We have been taking our three children to Teaching Tree for six months and we love it there. By far the best daycare in the area that we have been to. Teaching tree is truly all inclusive which makes getting out of the house in the morning with three kids so easy. The cameras are really nice to check on our kids throughout the day. Our kids are so happy and their teachers treat them like family!!

  My two children have been going to the Teaching Tree since this past summer and the staff has been incredibly patient and welcoming. My daughter takes a little extra care for her feeds and the staff has always made sure she has taken her bottles, even when she’s difficult. My toddler is more than excited to go each day and talks about his teachers all weekend long. I really appreciate that the daycare is all-inclusive, as this makes mornings so much easier!

  My 6 and 3 year old have been at the Teaching Tree for almost 4 years. They are both very happy and well cared for. One of my boys has severe food allergies and I have been impressed with how the administration has gone above and above to include him as much as possible with the center provided meals, and we’ve had clear communication so I know when I need to send additional food. I am also very impressed with how much my 3 year old is learning is his early preschool class and think his teacher is absolutely wonderful!

  We love sending our 6 month old daughter here! The teachers are so kind and caring. They always clearly communicate anything we need to know about our daughter. I love that they have cameras to check in on her and have an app to provide updates through the day. I have watched our daughter on the camera have a complete melt downs and they have shown nothing but love and patience. She’s always smiling when we drop her off and pick her up and loves it here!
