  Fabulous experience! A must do for any traveler if you are visiting Seattle. There are so many places to eat, all kinds of variety of foods, great shopping, and flowers galore. The pier out back has a great view and lots of seating. Live music was incredible. The fish toss was cool and unique. Expect huge crowd on weekends.

  Cool experience! We arrived after everything was shut down and it was very cool to see from that perspective with virtually no one around.
  We return the next day to the hustle and bustle of the crowds, the smell of seafood, the fresh fruits and vegetables, all the vendors with their goods, and food booths The flowers were absolutely stunning throughout the market, I wanted to buy them all!

  A wonderful few hours exploring all of the sights and smells of the market. Flowers were incredible. Seafood galore fresh or prepared. Crafts of all kinds. And don’t forget to visit the Original, as in … very first … Starbucks location. Always busy and lined up down the Street but when in Seattle it should be on your bucket list.

  Unique to Seattle, this popular tourist attraction doesn’t disappoint, accept for maybe the crowds. The area provides a lot of history to absorb and the market itself some great bites!   this place is a calling card for Seattle and the whole world knows. who wants to visit here should be calculated about 2 hours, if everything is fine to inspect. The appointed time does not mean that you will immediately go upstairs, I was in the morning hours and a little earlier than the appointed time and everything exactly had to stand in line for about 15 minutes. but it’s all worth the wait. the landscape is gorgeous, the city, the bay is a great view from above. there is a place to sit and have a bite, there are free drinks, there is a restaurant. two levels. it’s interesting when you watch the tower spin and you yourself are inside. you can take great pictures. there is a large gift shop downstairs. I am very glad. I advise everyone to visit.

  Amazing views of the city and the sound. Worth the wait. Get your ticket from the on-site machines so you don’t have to commit to a time to far in advance. The outside viewing deck is awe inspiring. Built in 1961-62, (370 days), it is crazy how quickly they were able to complete the structure. The wallboard along the hall were very interesting and helped pass the time inline. The revolving deck just below the observation deck is cool, as it has a see through floor on the outer most area.

  Having been up many towers throughout the world, this one was on my bucket list and it didn’t disappoint.
  The queue was long despite having pre-booked tickets but it seems to move at a reasonable pace.
  The information board on the construction of the Space Needle was interesting and reading it took away the monotony of standing in the queue.
  The elevator up offered views over the city and the view from the top, especially on a good at was breath taking. There are plenty of points of interest throughout the stroll around the top. The views across the bay and downtown are amazing.
  The revolving floor was interesting to see and feel. The glass floor was a nice touch too.
  The gift shop at the bottom was well stocked and reasonably priced, if you are into souvenirs of your trip. The shop is also cashless.
  All staff encountered were friendly and helpful.
  If in Seattle this is definitely a place to visit.

  It was actually a lot of fun! It was cloudy when we got there, but by the time we got to the top the skies had cleared and we got to experience the most amazing views! The revolving glass floor on the lower level is beautiful and a fun time all around. Loved the gift shop too!

  Gorgeous View from the top of the Seattle Space Needle! Definitely top on the list if traveling to Seattle. We enjoyed the observation deck and especially the walk over the clear see though floor which is for the brave heart because it could be difficult for some. Or they would just chose to not look down. But it’s a one of kind experience that I would highly recommend. I enjoyed it so much I took video of that walk. We traveled here back in 2019 and would love to go back.

  I thought this experience was as fulfilling as the space needle for far less money. The glass blowing exhibit was amazing and the informational folks inside were knowledgeable about the exhibit. There’s a lot to see and video at the end that you can watch to get more perspective.

  Really cool place. Very clean and we had a great time participating in Pokemon Go community day. We reserved tickets to go in the Space Needle which I highly suggest well ahead of time so that you are sure you can see it if you want to make it part of your visit.

  Amazing 👏 architecture created by mankind. Spectacular views of Seattle. Loved it. Easy to book tickets from the kiosk. Usually busy, but you can still easily get great photos and its overall fun. (Food and drinks are pricey on the top, so bring your snacks if on budget.)

  The needle is an awesome experience!! Would recommend it! They do have a gift shop below, at ground level too if you want to get something memorable. Though they have some really cute stuff I think they are overpriced but hey that is today’s economics it seems, just FYI! Still go enjoy yourself if you can!

  The most romantic and beautiful experience. Service was impeccable, I would recommend everyone to try it at least once. I thought the price was expensive for what you get for food. When we got there we realized it’s the experience you can’t receive anywhere else. Not even the Ball in Dallas Texas can compare to this. Highly recommend !

  This is a very lovely medium sized zoo. They grounds are very well kept, variety of animals is great, very kid oriented, but adults should have a lot of fun too. The food is not anything truly special, but it is not bad. They have picnic areas for you to use and saw many families using them which is great to see. Lots of viewing areas, and you get really close compared to 98% of other zoos. That is truly what sets this park apart from others. You might not see every animal, but those you do, wow you see great and kids just light up instantly being nose to nose with an orangutan or a leopard looking right at you 10 ft away. Definitely a must visit for tourists and I also see why so many locals are members.

  We absolutely LOVE this zoo! I remember going to this zoo when I was a little kid, and now I have been taking my kiddos since they were babies! This is a Great place for absolutely anybody and everybody of all ages. There is So much to see and so much joy and happiness in one place! It really is such a beautiful zoo. There are so many lovely animals, a beautiful flower garden, a fun carousel ride, many food and drink options, places to sit, have a picnic, play structures for the kids to play on and so much more! They have they greatest butterfly exhibit, it is my absolute favorite! All the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. One of the things I love about This zoo is that it is such a huge place it doesn’t ever seem crowded. You could spend all day here. The food is pretty expensive, so I suggest packing a lunch, drinks and some snacks and have a picnic to save some money! There are so many great photo and learning opportunities here. You can learn so much together and have tons of fun! A great family friendly adventure and environment.

  Lots of fun. I think we enjoyed visiting this zoo more than others. We went during the week on a day where they were doing Zoo Tunes (though we didn’t stay for the show unfortunately). It wasn’t nearly as busy as I’d expected for a summer afternoon. We didn’t see all of the animals but the ones we did get to view seemed to have pretty nice enclosures, larger than ones at other zoos.

  As a homeschooling mom of two having a membership to woodland park zoo is vital. We get to learn so much about animals, our environment and what we can do to make our world a better place for not only animals but us as well. We get to communicate with so many zoo keepers and get first hand information about all of the animals and what they’re up to. We have made countless memories at the zoo that mean so much to me as well as my children. I have captured so many of the highly sought after animal photos because we are members and visit often so I learn each animals routine and where their favorite spots/things to play with are in their enclosures. My family could spend all day in this area of Seattle. We enjoy starting off at woodland park zoo then eating lunch (I pack a picnic) in the woodland park zoo rose garden (which also has a music/sensory garden area for the kids) then we will hit up west woodland park playground and as a bonus sometimes on a hot summer day we will hit up Al A mode pies right there on the corner next to the park for some pie and ice cream (why not support a small local business when you can).

  When you’re a zoo member you get so many perks like discounted parking, free animal feeding encounters and free carousel rides as well as zoo store discounts and food discounts. We have brought so many of our friends in for free to the zoo with my family passport membership. I have been a member for 4 years going on 5 and there is no way I could go without a membership to Woodland Park Zoo.

  ***As of 5/2/22*** The carousel is back open! Also, My favorite butterfly garden at the zoo, Molbaks butterfly garden is scheduled to open MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

  In all, I highly recommend Woodland park zoo to everyone young and old. It’s a great place for a quiet stroll on a weekday and a busy weekend day filled with friends and family.

  Hands down cleanest zoo I’ve ever been to. Affordable price and the place is huge. I went on a Thursday and there was not a lot of people there. Beautiful park area to play, so many animals to see. We spent over 3 hours. You could easily spend the whole day. Take your family it is worth every penny.

  I went because my wife wanted to go; I stayed for a long time because it was amazing and interesting. The talent behind these works or art, made by hand from glass in phenomenal. Check out the film, it helps you understand the tremendous amount of work and skill goes into each individual piece. Don’t short change yourself and miss the outside garden. That was very cool as well. It’s only a 10 dollar add to the space needle ticket; well worth it.

  Absolutely loved this museum. Was not aware it was so large and contained so many exquisite pieces. Simply stunning artwork. I thought the cost was well worth the experience. It was extremely easy to get tickets via the kiosk but I noticed you could also purchase them from a clerk. I could have stayed all day it was just that beautiful. The outside gardens were lovely and I can only imagine how beautiful they must be lit up at night.

  The Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit is one of my favorites that I have seen anywhere. As a painter and photographer I have an enormous amount of appreciation for art forms but glass blowing is probably the most awe inspiring to me. The exhibit is so colorful and vibrant that it is even more mesmerizing around every corner. The lighting in the exhibit is top notch and the places the shadows exist compliment these pieces perfectly. They have a live glass blowing area that is cool to see as I never had before walking through this exhibit. I highly recommend this is you love art and colors, which this place blends perfectly right under the Space Needle!!

  Definitely worth the trip!
  The tickets may be costly for a ~30min tour but it’s very worth it. There were only a few rooms but you can sit and take time to appreciate every artwork. There’s also scheduled demos outside in the garden area and an AV room explaining the process. And a pizza cafe if you go hungry.
  It is not part of the museum but I must mention the violinist outside (you can hear him from the garden area) contributes a lot to the overall experience. He wasn’t playing when we went in but he was by the time we reached the garden area and it just made the experience even more special. It makes the ambience even more magical!
  I wasn’t hyped seeing the photos when we were deciding whether or not to go, even if it has been recommended to us a couple times from friends. But photos don’t do it justice. You need to see it in person to elicit a reaction/emotion.
  Definitely recommend and would love to go again to show to other family members who haven’t been. ♥️

  Glad we went, the staff were friendly, but it feels a bit expensive ($35) for a self-guided tour. Seems like $20-$25 would be more appropriate. The size and textures of many of the exhibits are impressive. Also, for the video part of the tour it would be nice if they had a visual countdown on the screen until the next video starts. Expect crowds (we went on a Tuesday around noon) and guests not paying attention to their surroundings while taking photos.
