We had a very fun-filled day at Mesker Park Zoo! The kids really enjoyed the feeding experiences (penguin and giraffe) and the carousel! There were also a few fun areas set up to take fall photos. I wish all the animals had been available to view though. Many were inside even though it wasn’t a cold day.

This is a great zoo for a small city. It is so shady with many mature trees and plants. Not every exhibit will always have an animal present but that is just zoo life and things happen and animals need care. It is so clean and the staff are all great. They are very professional and knowledgable. Evansville is so lucky to have this gem. Love the penguin exhibit.

Stopped here on our way home to stretch the kids legs for 45 minutes before jumping back into the car… wow! way bigger than we expected! Spent 3 hours unexpectedly. Lots of cool animals that aren’t at our home zoo in Milwaukee. The otter tunnel was our favorite part, followed by INDOOR carousel (because winter).

The zoo was really cool and fun. We had so great time at the zoo. They have several
fun program for kids. For example, feeding Penguin, birds and giraffe. The park was good enough for walking around.

We love this zoo! They have a large selection of animals you don’t usually see. Plus, it’s a great place to get your steps in. There’s a small park/play area. All the extra stuff was closed, but we went on a weekday during winter break.

Our favorite pool! It’s clean and spacious. There is food, floating lounger rentals, and a mini shop if you forget or run out of poolside basics. The kids love the splash pad and the parents love the slides!

Me and my babies drove over 10 hours it was more like 11 in a half. When we got there it was great easy to find the cabin that was rented for our family reunion. The Pool was closed the first day because of rain but the next day of the reunion all of the kids went to the Pool and had a blast. The cabins and park are clean and well kept I have always loved going to Burdette Park and I’m glad my babies got to enjoy it like I done growing up.

I visited the aquatic center and it was great! Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children over three. Two and under are free. Locker rentals are available for 0.25. Apart from a large pool and diving area, there is a family pool, which goes no deeper than 1.5 to 2 feet. Clean bathrooms and changing areas, plus a concession stand make this swimming pool an excellent place to visit for all.

I came here for the Fantasy of Lights and took a carriage ride, and it was BREATHTAKING. You can drive through as well, which is better if you prefer to stay warm and are okay with missing the added experience of taking a carriage. However, I highly recommend taking the carriage, the drivers are very friendly and the experience alone is well worth the cost. Also, the horses are amazing. If you are a local this is a staple for the holidays, just be sure to bundle up and bring a few blankets. Even if you are from out of town I recommend paying this a visit, you won’t regret it!

Nice concrete path curving around the lake. Able to get right up to the water with the low banks and grassy edges. The goose gangs are quite large each and by group. Watching where you step can sometimes be challenging with all the droppings. That’s the worst thing about the park, but what are you gonna do right. Side note: the geese are not aggressive. I could walk right by a couple gangs of geese that were hanging out by the picnic tables smoking cigarettes and carving their names in the table. They just watched us walk by. So that’s always a plus.

My three sons and I go here almost daily. Plenty of sun and shade. Quiet, peaceful, and plenty of wildlife to watch.

It was my first visit! It was a just a wonderful, fun, and exciting experience. This place is awesome and family friendly. I could see a lot of family were enjoying here. If you guys are couple, I want to recommand mini golf. It’s a safe indoor and outdoor environment for everybody.

This place is a hidden gem. We were staying near holiday world for a family weekend. Was looking for something on a non park day. I seen this place and took a chance on it. You can tell the people who own this genuinely care about it. The prices are very reasonable food was perfectly fine. Normally these are a dime a dozen, we will remember this place in the future, and if ever in the area will return. Thank you to whomever owns this for simply caring. Many other huge budget companies don’t have as nice of a place. A++++

Great place to pass some time. Clean areas, food court was standard and hits that spot. Unlimited mini golf is a great sell.

Such a fun place! There are 2 mini golf courses one inside and one outside both have beautiful water attractions. Upstairs they have lazer tag and a small arcade downstairs. They also have a little food cafe with pizza, pretzels, and some dessert items! You can reserve a party room and they have family size deals. Overall a great experience!

Visited this location on 9/2 in the evening. The wife and I did Put Put to celebrate my birthday and though it was busy it was a very enjoyable experience. We did the entire indoor range, and the rain/sprinkling had subsided so we went to the outdoor range. We enjoyed the outdoor range even though the greens were still wet and some of the holes were in accessible due to standing water. We only missed I think 3 of the outdoor holes due to water. Overall a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap/fun activity in the Evansville area.

Visiting Evansville and happened to stop at this interesting children’s park. It was way to neat to pass up. Anyone with children would be able to spend hours letting their kids have a fun and safe experience. The entire floor surface was covered with a soft injury free material that provided freedom from slips and falls. This was a neat place that made me wish I had little kids with me to have an excuse to play as well. I wish we had something like this back where I am from.

    ➕ Shalom! 🙏
➕ Absolutely loved it! Playground is fully contained behind a partial fence. Bathrooms were clean and at the back of the Playground. Spongy material for children to land on. Comfortable and safe. Most immaculate park I have ever visited. Felt safe there. Peaceful happy place. 📖
    ➕ Godspeed! 👼
